Ski In/Out -Winter Park - Steps to Gondola - Hot Tubs - Lockers - Sleeps 4
Location is everything and this place has it, and more. Right in the heart of Winter Park Village, just 100 yards to the gondola, and with views of the Continental Divide.
The condo has one queen bedroom plus one pull-out couch.
It has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Because we use the condo ourselves, the kitchen is stocked with most basic extras like sugar, honey, olive oils etc. No guarantees, because sometimes these items are not replaced by other guests when emptied. But we restock when we know things are needed.
KEY ITEM ALERT: There is no dining room table. Meals are at the high-top bar with bar stools, or on the coffee table in front of the tv.
The coffee table was recently replaced, but don’t let that stop you from putting your feet up on the table when relaxing on the couch. WE DO!
There are two new, smart tvs in the living room and bedroom, both of which offer a full cable package.
Our favorite part may be the deck that overlooks the mountains. It has an overhang for extra protection during storms (only a few units have this), allowing you to enjoy the weather without getting snowed or rained on.
We love the mattress and the darkness in the bedroom that allows us to sleep better than at home.
Everyone has different ideas about sofa beds, including us. Our kids sleep with the mattress on the bed, while our friends pull the mattress onto the floor. Do whatever makes you comfortable. There is also an air mattress if that works better for you, or you want to have a 5th guest come over. It is a tight fit, but can be done.
There are two hot tubs at your building, Riverside, and you can check how crowded they are from the balcony before heading down. There are also two more hot tubs in the adjacent building, called Slopeside.
There is a fitness room in the bottom of your building also.
You have your own, private ski locker on the first floor, next to the lobby. And Starbucks is 20 steps from your village entry door.
100% of your cleaning fee goes to the cleaner, Alaina. The cleaning part is easy, but all laundry has to be done off-site, which can be a pain sometimes for her.

I travel a lot for work but am always happy to come home to Colorado. And when in CO, I spend many days at the condo in both the summer and the winter.

We (wife, kids and I) bought this condo in 2014 after skiing here since 1992, when we moved to Colorado. We always skied the Jane, and were lucky to get this condo when it came on the market. We wanted to buy when they were originally built, but it just wasn’t the best idea at that time in our life.
We find ourselves using it in the summer also whenever possible.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The most unique thing about this property is that the outdoor patio has a roof overhead that extends away from the building, allowing you to sit on the patio, and not get hit by any snow or rain that might be blowing in sideways. Only a few units in the building offer the extra overhang from the roof.
