Cedar Creek Lake House w/Party Deck & Vast View!

Hi, I'm Kim! I'm a wife, a mother of 4, a soon to be grandma for the first time, and a Jesus lover!

I am a small business owner and have always prioritized a balance between family and work. This new adventure is no exception! My family was first considered when pursuing my dream to own a lake house. With 4 kiddos, something new is always happening! Life events are frequent! And the addition of babies and children going off to college were 2 life events that prompted us to seek a place for us all to gather in a relaxing atmosphere.

I've always loved the beach, but found that we could only travel that far with our family once a year. Then I had an idea! What if we got a lake house, not too far from our home, where our growing family could frequent the waters more often? Thus, my quest for a lakeside house began. With the help of an amazing Cedar Creek Reservoir realtor, we were able to find the perfect fit for our family.

This little dwelling met all of the criterion on my list, plus more! And to top it off, the look of the home is unique: It looks small, but has so much more room than expected; the high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan create an atmosphere for conversation and togetherness; the 2 balconies overlooking the large backyard and water send off a resort vibe; the game room is perfect for all ages to let their hair down and have a little fun; the party deck will be perfect for our family; and the VIEW, THE VIEW, THE VIEW!!! To top it off, this little bungalow has been added onto and remodeled multiple times which creates a type of puzzle for me to piece together (plus I love it's quirkiness)! And probably one of the biggest desires of my heart was finding a lake house that did not look like my big city home. I wanted something that screamed lake, that looked like it belonged on the water. Well, we found it and now you too can soak up the fun and retro uniqueness of this house!
