Great home with a perfect layout, kitchen has everything you need and more. Plenty of room for our family. Easy check-in and checkout. No complaints at all. We will be booking again!

Everything was as described and Angela was very helpful and accommodating. We loved fishing off the deck and having meals on the patio. The kitchen is great and the kids loved the bunk room. We hope to go back soon!

Everything here was amazing! The first thing I look at is how updated a property is and also how clean it is. It was both. The space for us was great, the bunk room so comfy w the large bunks , I would have slept up there ! The showers had plenty of hot water, and the pressure was perfect !The kitchen was stocked , the outside seating comfortable and plentiful. The deck has plenty of lounge chairs which is NEVER the case! The yard is great for pets, you just need to keep an eye on them because it’s not completely fenced all of the way around. It worked fine for us. The hosts were very responsive with the one question that we had! The sunrises are the best from this location. Multiple coffee options here so grab and cup and go watch! We hope to be back !

Truly amazing all around, we are already planning a return trip. The house has it all and is very fresh and clean. Sizable kitchen, great for entertaining. Views of the lake throughout the house. The back patio is perfect for early morning through late evening. Love this peaceful corner of the lake.

This place is a hidden gem. It was a private boat dock on the lake with gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Would have loved to hangout outside to the boat dock, but furniture and dock has plenty of spiders/spider web. It wasn't a deal breaker for us -- and would definitely stay there again. It was only less than 2 hours away from the North Dallas area.The queen bunk beds were a hit. It's very spacious for our boys with spacious room for them to play. The floor on the first floor is perfect for those traveling with pets. They have a special bed for your pets, and can safely leave them behind if needed. We rented a boat 20 mins away from the property, and they were also dog friendly and so our dog was able to enjoy boating and swimming at the lake.The bathroom's are high end and the amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) are not the cheap kind. Love the kitchen with gourmet cooking. I love how each room was thoughtfully designed and decorated.

Lake bugs love us but thanks to your helpful feedback - we stepped up pest control and hopefully spiders are gone and we set fly traps as well.
