I would like to reply to couple of your notes to clarify some things. -The pictures show the stairs and description clearly states that two stores separated by the outside stairs, so it should not be misleading : “ The two stories are separated by an outdoor staircase, ensuring groups in your party can enjoy their own private getaway, if need be.” - My description states that the 4th bedroom/ office has a full size sleeper I believe there are should not be any confusions if my guests read the description .land look at the photos. The house is not a typical house many people used to see. It was custom designed and built in 1974. Nevertheless, I am a proud owner of this place since 2003(it used to be my private residence until a couple of years ago), who invested a lot of time and money to bring it to the condition it is now. Definitely can agree that it is a very unique and most beautiful property in Oakhurst.

Thank you for your feedback. I was genuinely disappointed by this review because I spent considerable time during your stay explaining the bedroom layout and the misunderstanding. The home has always been advertised with the correct sleeping arrangements in the written description. And not once my previous guests had a problem with it. The confusion came from older listing photos showing the same bedroom at different times after we changed bedding and added some furniture. Unfortunately, those images made it appear as though there were two separate rooms when they were actually the same bedroom photographed at different times. When you contacted me, I explained this in detail and also pointed out that the home’s total sleeping capacity was exactly as advertised. In addition to the bedrooms, the home also includes other sleeping accommodations, including the game room sofa sleeper, all of which are described in the listing. I’m sorry there was confusion, and I have since reviewed the listing to ensure the photos are even clearer so future guests won’t have the same misunderstanding. What makes this especially disappointing is that throughout your stay you shared that everyone loved the property, enjoyed the waterfall, deck, fire pit, and the home itself, yet the overall rating reflected a problem that resulted from a misunderstanding on your side rather than the condition or quality of the property. I always strive to be transparent and accurate, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests.
