Water is from the well and tested every year for safety, for drinking water we have a 4 stage RO filter with a separate faucet in sink. All windows are locked due to cold weather for considerable part of the year and pest and bugs that come in during summer months. Parking is a breeze with space for 5-6 cars, though the garage is reserved for the game room. For added convenience, find laundry facilities behind the kitchen wall, complete with provided detergent.
