This was our second time staying and we absolutely enjoyed it! It’s a beautiful home with beautiful views. The men got to fish off the dock and we swam in the pool. We had a good time just relaxing and hanging out together.

The house has everything you need for visiting the beach or just hanging out inside. The communication was great and very responsive. The area is amazing.

Beautiful home! Best VRBO home we've ever stayed at. House was emaculate and had everything we needed and then some. I dont think we've ever rented a place where everything was organized so well and even had extra items in case we forgot anything. Location was great with just a short drive to the beach. The street was very quiet and we loved the pool and beautiful view. Back porch/patio was so relaxing and perfect spot to drink our morning coffee. Both owner and property manager were very responsive and a pleasure to work with.We hope to visit again in the future.

Absolutely loved this home! Perfectly stocked with everything you could need and all the comforts of home!! The patio gave an amazing view of the bay and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning. Shelly was a wonderful host, sending us info about events happening during our stay and checking on us when after checked in. Definitely will stay here in the future!!

Stunning views, great location.

Everything was well thought out and provided for. Owner and property manager are pleaaure to deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Accommodation and Location for Exploring the surrounding area.

Very impressed with the furnishings and kitchen supplies. The host and local manager were very considerate. The location was terrific for exploring both east and west of Eastpoint, as well as St. George Island.

Fantastic stay!

This property is just as lovely as the pictures! We had a fantastic stay in this quiet, tiny neighborhood. The house was stocked with our every need, and the property manager was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property!

Great house, nice neighborhood, wonderful view of the bay!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. We met some really nice neighbors at the community pool and overall loved our stay. The view of the bay is excellent!

Fantastic Vacation

This trip was great for our family!!! We all enjoyed the location and convenience of the house. I have never stayed at a rental that had as many items that made our stay even better (beach chairs, towels, toys, movies and games). The place was super clean and large enough for all of us. We will definitely be staying again!

Amazing!

This is the nicest, well organized & best stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. The views are beautiful & it’s a great location to explore the area. The owner & property manager were wonderful to work with. 10 out of 10 stars in every aspect.

Great Fishing Retreat

Came to go on fishing in the Gulf. Caught plenty of fish and house was only 8 miles from marina. The home was very spacious and had everything you could need, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. Nice gated community. Will be back again!

Outstanding home!!

Immaculate vacation home!! Everything about this home, location, surroundings, neighbors is wonderful. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. The sunrises from the back porch are priceless. St. George Island is a short distance away and Blue Parrot is an excellent place to eat. Also, Apalachicola is close by; great shops and Up the Creek Raw Bar is a good place to eat. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Heavenly slice of the Bay

What a wonderful location and perfectly delightful and serene view from the living room, master, and porch! Everything was perfectly appointed and the communications were first-rate. A first-class location near great restaurants and shopping with a quick jaunt over the bridge to St. George Island. Definitely our first choice in the area, especially when needing 3 bedrooms!

The perfect getaway

Everything was clean and organized. We were extremely comfortable, and, enjoyed the beauty of the home and the surrounding yard. The view of the ocean was wonderful and, we enjoyed the pool immensely! Only 15 minutes from St. George Island way took several trips there and visited Apalachicola! We had a grand time! Great family vacation spot!! Looking forward to a return trip!

Spectacular!

The house was very nice, spacious of so well-equipped! The screened porch was a delight, not to mention the view and Adirondack on the patio. We had a lovely view to SGI (where we attended a wedding on Sugar Hill). Thank you the wonderful stay at your house. PS, Laura the property manager was very proactive and awesome.

Beautiful views

We stayed for a week. We were surprised by how well stocked the house is. There was an abundance of dishes, cutlery and cookware. We saw dolphins from the patio every day, as well as trout and sting rays on the beach. It's a beautiful home and has everything you need for a large family toddlers included. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely consider staying again the next time we vacation in the area.
