The Vinyl is a great place to stay in Nashville if you want to be close to literally everything. It was a perfect spot for us for our 2 day stay to check out all the action on Broadway and our all of our fav celebrity bars. Host is quick with communication.

This is a fantastic spot, within walking distance to some great restaurants, breweries, bars, and shops. It was just perfect, and I wish I could live there!

The condo was so cute, comfortable and clean! We loved walking to The Well for breakfast so much we went twice during our 5day trip. Location was a quick drive to the gulch and broadway. Quick and easy communication from the host. Completely enjoyed our stay at The Vinyl!

Great location, spotless apartment. Host is very good with communication. The bed was comfortable and lots of closet space. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Loved our stay on 16th Avenue - where many of country music's legends, past and present, recorded their hits. The apartment is just 1.4mi from the action on Nashville's famous Broadway yet we had no issues with neighborhood noise. The bedding was comfortable as was the sleeper sofa. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Any questions we had were immediately responded to by property manager, Christy. I highly recommend this property for a single or couple. 5 stars!!

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. The experience was as good this time as the last time that I stayed. The communications from the host was excellent. The Condo was well equipped. Everything was very clean and the free parking was wonderful. We parked our car upon arrival and did not use it again until the end of our stay. Uber fees were about 5 for a ride from our front door to the Gulch. My wife and I are seniors and we walked to eating locations and walked on the Vanderbilt University campus for exercise. When I return to Nashville I will definitely consider staying here again.

This was the perfect space for a short girls weekend trip! Clean, quiet, and easily walkable to Midtown, the Gulch, and a short uber from Broadway. Highly recommend booking your stay with Christy!

Great host, great apartment! I wish we stayed longer than 1 night because it was a great little place. Very clean, had everything we needed. Host was very responsive!

I appreciated the extras - makeup wipes, makeup washcloth, coffee with creamer, etc. Also, the sheets and pillows were amazing! Downsides - the fan in the bathroom was so loud and it came on every time the light came on.
