Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky-tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Free private parking is available on-site. We have 4 nearly identical units in the same building. We have furnished and decorated them nearly identical, so the photos you see may actually pertain to another unit but are representative of each unit (this is a second-floor unit).

A perfect stay!

This home was perfect and will be our “go-to” place on future visits to Nashville. Our host thought of everything including welcome treats and bottles of water. This home was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we were able to walk to Broadway in 45-50 minutes. This home is a fantastic find!

Education trip

I stayed for a week of labs for schooling. It’s a nice property, not too far from downtown. Neighborhood is very busy, especially at night due to the proximity to hospitals in the area. Would stay again, to be out of the way from all the downtown traffic!

Nice cozy place to stay for a few days. Very close to downtown. Everyrhing we needed this place had it. Would definitely stay here again.

Early Christmas present

The Colby was amazing. Very clean and neat. Literally in the middle of everything Nashville. Everything was a short 8-10 minute drive. Susan and Ron has excellent communication. Will be staying here again the next time we visit

Great Stay in Nashville

Our stay was great- this location is great! Took a quick 5 minute Uber to get to Broadway. Utilized the rentable scooters throughout other areas of the city. Quiet area, apartment comfy and has all amenities. Beds comfy. Unit was very clean.

Perfect for Nashville Getaway

Safe, clean, and in a great location with most the places you want to go within 3 miles. Good parking. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Furnished simply but with everything your need.

Nashville Holiday

The property is a 3 star but cared for like a 5 star. The property looked as shown in the pictures. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond, southern hospitality at its finest. The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. We didn't have any concerns about our safety. I would stay again. quick to respond.

Mom/daughter week

Enjoyed our stay. Rented a car so we were able to tour and shop. Belle Meade a great place to visit. Also country hall of fame and museum as well as Broadway and the downtown bars. Enjoyable restaurant Amerigo close by. City bus tour was great. Ate at Assembly Food hall. Uber rides were simple And easy and safe. Visited Franklin and Shopped in downtown and ate at North Italia. Visited and shopped in Brentwood. Venue was close to downtown Nashville.

Comfortable & clean, great location

We spent 3+days, 4 nights in Nashville and this was a great home base! We found the location to be very convenient (we did have a car but would be short Uber to almost anywhere). Property exactly as pictured and very clean. Off street parking behind the building was great. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Thanks so much for hosting such a wonderful property!

Overall satisfied

Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Colby. There were 4 of us so the sleeping arrangements were perfect. My son slept on the sofa bed so luckily there was a mattress topper which he said was comfortable. The unit was very cute and just needs a little TLC but it was clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood it is located in is not the nicest, but I've seen worse. I will say that although we went out early afternoon and came back late at night, we never felt unsafe. The area was quiet and we really didn't see other people around. We used Lyft (cheaper than Uber) to get to Broadway and it was a quick ride to and from. My only complaint is that the hosts requested that we start the dishwasher, start a load of laundry and to take out trash on day of departure. I think that is a bit tacky to ask of your guests especially when your charge a service fee.

Great property

This was a great property in walking or easy driving distance of everything we wished to see in Nashville. The owners were easy to reach and also provided snacks which were appreciated after a day spent driving

Modern and nicely decorated

The unit was just right for a weekend stay. Decor was nicely updated and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, in communication with us about various items throughout the stay-as needed. Would highly recommend.

Nashville Weekend

What a perfect place for us to stay once again in Nashville! Super clean, stocked with everything we needed and a short Uber ride to Broadway. This time we had the opportunity to meet Ron and Susan. Nice stay

The bedrooms were quiet & cool with AC/fans in 100+ degree heat. Beds comfortable. The sofa sleeper area was a bit noisy at night, as the place is en route to a hospital. The location is walkable for hikers to downtown in the day, but an Uber/Lyft would be best at night. Close to a drug store and Publix. Place was clean in common areas. Minor suggestion is to check less common areas (closet shelfs, moldings, etc) too. Tub shower curtain was cloth .. it got soaked in or out of the tub. Liner would help. The tub floor is slick -- caution required. The washer/dryer is excellent and handy. Slight problem with batteries was addressed quickly by the attentive and pleasant hosts. Parking was super convenient, free & secure. Door security easy to use. Pods, snax, hair dryer, soap, and iron were welcome in the unit. Plenty of storage. Value was great as well as communications. A note for out of towners on what to do with recyclables in TN (seperate or trash) would be helpful. We enjoyed our visit! Thanks!

Great Stay

The place was perfect for my family of 5. The hosts answered all my messages very quickly prior to my trip, which was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated all of the essentials the hosts provided. The kitchen was stocked. It's only a few miles from Broadway. I plan on coming back in March and if I do for sure, I will book this place again.

Grand ole Opry :)

My friend and I stayed at the Colby for two nights so that we could go to the grand old Opry and see Jelly Roll. The apartment was very clean well stocked close to the bus stop and the beds are super comfortable! Loved it there! We will be back for next years CMAs .

Comfortable and convenient

The 2 bdrm unit was roomy and comfortable. We found the unit very clean and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The location makes it very inexpensive to Uber to downtown and avoid the parking hassles. Also, the well preserved and Marathon Auto manufacturing row are with walking distance. The buildings have retained their character while put to modern uses, including the American Pickers Antique Archelogoy store.

Ron has been involved with real estate just about his whole career as a home builder, developer, remodeler, and investor. Susan has worked as Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A and in banking. We have two grown children and five grandchildren!
