Casa Paz

The property was fantastic, every bit as great as it looks int he pictures. We loved the pool and patios and it was a quick walk to the beach.

We had the best time at Casa Paz over Thanksgiving. The house was absolutely stunning and a perfect to host our family gathering. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying time at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to the RedBar. Natalia was so kind and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend booking!

Great Property in Grayton Beach

We loved our stay at Casa Paz! It was a great house layout with the family room, kitchen, dining and outdoor entertainment. We loved the pool and hot tub. The garage was great and filled with so many items for the beach! Highly recommend this house and the owner was great!

Best vacay ever

Casa Paz was an incredible experience. Spotlessly clean and comfortable in every way. The owner was extremely responsive to our varied needs. This house will not disappoint.

This property is phenomenal! Great location to the beach. Beach wagon and chairs so helpful. The pool is perfect- out of view from neighbors and plenty big enough for all our family. Great outdoor seating areas to relax. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for vacation cooking and outdoor dining. Everyone loved the ice machine. So many refrigerators we couldn’t fill them. Overall an amazing place to stay with a big group. Will stay again if possible.

Incredible location and home

Beautiful, well-equipped home. Very clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to all the great spots this area has to offer. Great experience all around and will definitely be back.

It’s not heaven, but I can see it from here!

This is a wonderful property in a fantastic neighborhood. The beach was quiet and spacious. I would highly recommend it! I had excellent interactions with the property owner regarding a few questions and concerns.

Best beach house ever

This home and location were amazing. The spacious home and fabulous pool exceeded expectations. Everything was impeccable. The location to the beach was an easy walk and never crowded. No need to get up early to stake your claim! Never crowded, all amenities close by and just fabulous. Host very responsive to questions but we had no concerns because everything was great. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you for the great memories 💕

Beautiful property - everything perfect!

Our stay at Casa Paz was perfect! We had a group of 18 (5 families). The property was in a great location- easy walk to the beach and far enough away from hustle of seaside traffic but super easy to get to downtown seaside by bike. The house itself was absolutely chic and gorgeous. The pictures were every bit true (maybe didn’t do the house justice even). Spacious and open for our families to spread out. Spent lots of time at the pool and out door patio watching kids swim while watching March madness and snacking! Natalia was super easy to work with and great communication. I would absolutely love to stay here again! It was a fantastic week!

Our family loved the pool and hot tub! The house was clean, just the right size for the ten of us! It would have been nice to have more than one bath towel per person. We had good communications/emails with our host. We definitely would rent Caracas again!!

Thanksgiving 2022

Beautiful property with plenty of room to be together without being on top of each other. This neighborhood is away from the busyness of seaside but still nearby if you want that scene. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Amazing multi-family trip!

We absolutely loved this house. Perfect for 5 couples, and a few with kids. Plenty of room for everyone, perfect location. Well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend!

Everything about this experience was amazing! This was the most remarkable VRBO we have stayed in many. The home is stunning and well equipped. We loved that all but one room had a king bed and a private bath. That was very important to our group! Pool and hot tub were loads of fun and all of the guys enjoyed the basketball goal. The living space is very open and the kitchen is as well. They offer a cart you can use to take to the beach along with several different chairs. I can confidently recommend! Very private as well.

Awesome Week!

This property was fantastic. The design elements of this home were well thought out and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The neighborhood was private and friendly. The beach was outstanding with no overcrowding and about 2 rows from the house. The house has everything you could want already there. From beach chairs, boogie boards and even small waffle makers for the kids! The in ground pool was our place to end the afternoon after the beach and before dinner. The views and the breeze from the crowd nest were amazing as well. We highly recommend staying here. The owners are super helpful and you won’t regret staying here for your beach week. Summer Family Beach Trip

This home has amazing indoor/outdoor spaces for entire family to share. The location is perfect too, only a couple minutes walk from one of the best beaches on 30A!

Lovely stay

Our group had a great stay at this house! It was extremely clean, well decorated and spacious - overall, a beautiful home. The location and community were absolutely wonderful, with a quiet, not packed beach, which is hard to find these days. We were a group of two families with 5 kids under 5. Natalia, the host, was great to work with as well. Would definitely stay here again!
