Stunning Ocean Views! Pvt Delxue Rooftop | Beach Club Service | Steps to 5th Ave & Maid

Thank You Corey for this 5-star review! While it was a last minute stay, we were so happy to hear how much your family enjoyed their stay & the fun you all had! I wish we couldn't extended you an extra night but the condo was booked! We sure hope you'll return for a longer stay & more fun! Sally & Staff

Dear Melissa, it was my pleasure to host you & your friends for your stay! As a Premier Super Host I want everyone guest to experience that! I am glad we exceeded your expectations & sure hope you will return! Thank you! Sally & Staff

Thank you Michael for this glowing review! The great detail you offer paints a picture of what guests can expect which is even better than our listings & pictures! The condo has many upgrades & is lovingly maintained & offers those stunning ocean views from inside the condo itself & from the extra large balcony, & private rooftop. As you say, say so well located & close to everything. Our staff have been with us for years & expend every effort to ensure our guests have a memorable stay. As for the sargassum, in August there's been next to nothing this year! As the rental agent I spent 2 weeks there recently & this is the best Aug. on record. Beach was clear & the soft white sand was back! Yes, I agree the water isn't always the beautiful hue that you'd expect from other times of the year but this is a victory in itself! (& thanks for mentioning we are very transparent about sargassum.) Playa is a very safe spot with tourists & locals greeting each other like old friends! We are looking forward to your next stay Michael! Guests like you uplift us all to keep on offering the 'above & beyond' service that we do! Sally & Staff

Thank you Joe for your 5 star review and mentioning the condo, great location & beautiful views! It sure offers that & much more! We hope to host you and your lovely family again! Sally & Staff

Thank you so much Eric for your 5 star review worded "Perfect Vacation"! We're always thrilled to offer our guests a luxury condo right on the ocean & mere steps to everything! Your kind mention of our staff including our fabulous driver Jaime means so much to us all! We look forward to hosting you again! Sally & Staff

Thank you Kevin for your 5 star review! I was in touch with you and it was grat to hear how your family enjoyed the space and condo! It's always music to our ears to hear that, & to hear you had such a fun time! We'd love to welcome you back again! Sally & Staff

We'd love to host you again & it sounds like from our communication that you will be returning to the Luna family! It will be our pleasure to host you again. Thank you Mary! Sally & Staff

Thank you SO much Ryan for this 5 star review! We are so glad we live up to our listing! The condo speaks for itself as you say being clean, & comfortable & our complex is one of the best on the entire stretch of beach. We were so happy to provide you with lots of info & wanted to ensure you arrived stress free & ready for sun & surf! Thanks for the shoutout to the staff; they've been with us a long time & they work very hard to ensure our guests have a 5 star stay. We are excited to host you again Ryan! Sally & Staff

Thank you Loni for these wonderful comments! We truly appreciate having you and your family as a return guest. You make our job easy! It's always our pleasure to assist you with your reservation and we look forward to your 11th year visit! We look forward to hosting you again soon. Tonya and staff!

Thank you Fabricio for this 5 star review! We are so happy that everything was great & we are excited to host you again! Sally & Staff

Thank you Mary for your 5 star review! I was happy to work with you on you stay & will let our staff know your kind comments! We're so glad you loved the ocean views, beach service & atmosphere! It truly is a one-of-a-kind spot! The construction of the boutique hotel across the street has been stopped for well over a year. This is not within our control. We hope to host you again! Sally & Staff

Hi Ryan thank you for the 5 star review. This is a wonderful condo directly on the front of the building offering our guests plenty of space & privacy. I would like to note that I stayed in that condo till July 22nd & while there was some sargassum, it was swimmable. This sargassum is an issue from Miami through all parts of the Caribbean. The state of Quintana Roo is working diligently to remove the seaweed safely. And depending on the wind & currents, there are sargassum free days. Of course we cannot control Mother Nature, & our staff works diligently to keep our condos & beach in tip top shape. We look forward to hosting you again Ryan. Best regards, Sally & Tonya

Thank you Bill for this amazing 5 star review, & it's always a pleasure to host you! Thanks for pointing out the amazing views from this very popular condo, along with our amazing location & the spectacular rooftop! The condo is mere steps to the pool, the beach including lively 5th Avenue! As for the construction across the stree, it started in winter of 2022 & it's nearing its final outdoor stages at which point the noise will be greatly reduced as it moves indoors. They work on projects so some days it's not noisy & others there can be an uptick. As of my last stay there last Fall (as a lucky rental manager!) I noticed it was much reduced in noise & we were there for 3 weeks. Most guests on all our booking sites have left us 5 star reviews & it has not been much of a disruption to the majority of them. We do have a disclaimer on the listing as well that this may be encountered. Due to Playa del Carmen being a very interative international town (& a very social one!), there is a lot of music & construction that can be encountered! But it is so worth it to enjoy this condo with its floor to ceiling windows with jaw-dropped ocean views, extra balcony space due to being an end cap unit, a fully furnished rooftop with unobstructed views. And can't forget our amazing beach club service (which is a rarity on the beach). We continue to earn Premier Host & Super Host with many return guests like yourself Bill! It speaks for itself with its 5 star reviews! You won't find a better condo than this one on the beach! As for the taxis, they typically bring our guests to the door but there can be some confusion at times with the language & you have to walk 1.5 small blocks to the condo. It's because they don't like to cross 5th Avenue which is pedestrian only walkway despite being allowed to do so. It's best if you say "sur la playa" (on the beach) or you want to go to Fusion Bar next to us. We can't wait to host you again Bill & thank you again for this wonderful review! Sally & Staff

Thank you so much Madeline for such a wonderful 5 star review! We are so appreciative you took the time to point all all the fabulous amenities of the condo, plus the amazing ocean views & perfect location. I was so happy to work with you on your stay; it's our goal to treat each guest like a VIP & we are thrilled to hear you felt that way. We have long term staff who work hard to make sure all of our guests needs are taken care of! We are really looking forward to hosting you again - hopefully sooner than later! Sally & Staff

Thank you so very much Laurie for that stellar review! It is greatly appreciated by us all! I think you captured this condo so very well with its space, views, luxury, location & staff. We hear this from guests all the time that they didn't want to leave! (I will pass along your comments to our staff & I too appreciate the mention!) Jaime is an amazing guide & I'm glad you got the opportunity to spend time with him on your excursions. It was my pleasure working with you on your stay, & I'm so happy that we will be welcoming you back; our guests become like family to us! Warmly, Sally & Staff

Thank you so very much Chrissy for the detailed 5 star review! We're so happy that you enjoyed those amazing views & location! We also refer to it as paradise! We do have amazing staff, & I appreciate your kind words about the service I offered you. We like for our guests to arrive stress free & ready for R&R! Jaime is a fantastic tour guide; he is so knowledgeable & always provides our guests with fun enthusiastic excursions! And we couldn't agree more that INTI the beach club next to us offers fabulous food & drink with fun service. Glad you enjoyed their beach massages as well! Most importantly you went home refreshed which is what we strive for! We sure hope you'll return to our Luna Family Chrissy in the near future! We'd love to host you again! Sally & Staff

Thank you Pat for your review. First this condo has never received a dismal review like yours. We are very surprised and disappointed to hear your comments. Our staff, along with myself immediately responded to your many many emails and texts. Benjamin was extremely responsive & went to your condo as soon as you contacted him. Like our own homes, appliances break down & parts or appliances are not easy to get these days due to supply shortage. We had back to back guests, and the guests before you never let us know that they had an issue with both the washer & dishwasher until after they left. The TV was replaced ASAP which you emailed me & told me how happy you were. They did get the dishwasher working during your stay & near the end it failed. A new dishwasher is being replaced this week We did compensate you which you made no mention of. We also do not offer English cable services in any of the condos. Most Airbnb's do not offer English cable in Mexico. Most guests only use the TVs for Netflix etc. Had you told us you wanted to watch the war coverage in the condo during the day/night we would've been able to tell you in advance that we don't offer cable. This is truly one of the best condos in the best complex on the beach. Your 2 star review we feel is extremely unfair given the service you got from our staff. Ben even offer to go to your condo daily & wash the dishes! Negative reviews without merit can seriously affect the livelihood of our staff. I can't imagine how much more we could've done for you given the situation. Had we done nothing we'd expect this type of review but that wasn't the case. We are happy to report that our reviews across all our booking sites are 5 star. We are a Prime & Super Host & we are very proud of the service we provide our guests. We've been in rental management for over 16 years & continue to earn the trust of each and every guest. We cannot win them all but we certainly always give it our best! Sally & Staff

Thank you Alison for such a great review; it means so much to all of our staff & I truly appreciate your mention as well! I think it is one of THE best reviews to sum up a stay at this splendid penthouse. All the details paint a picture of what guests can expect for its perfect location, (so close to Cozumel Island, shopping etc.) it's proximity to restaurants, & of course all the bells & whistles it offers guests. We've been in touch & we can't wait to host you again; you are the perfect guests, so warm & kind. Thank you again, & here's to future stays Alison! Sally & Staff

Wow thanks so much Julie for this glowing review! We LOVE hosting you! You're like family to us & everyone looks forward to your stay! We are proud of our staff, & the condo & complex that offers so much luxury, comfort, privacy & space for guests. The beach staff can't be beat, & is certainly a highlight of the stay with us. There are few complexes that offer these services. We are so appreciative of guests like you, & also appreciate this wonderful reiews! We cant' wait to host you again Julie! Sally, Tonya & Staff

Thank you Clark so very much for a 5 star review and for all the nice comments! I will pass them along to our staff who so appreciate wonderful guests like yourself and your family! We also appreciate the care you took of the condo & our staff. We are so looking forward to you staying with us again hopefully in the near future! Best regards, Sally & Staff
