The community pool is at your disposal the moment you step out the front door, and the complex is canal front so you can sit on the bench and take in the tranquil views as the boats drift into the dock. And, of course, you don't visit sunny Florida without a trip to the beach, and it's less than a half-mile to the closest place to dig your toes into the sand.

The home itself is an excellent place for you to retreat after a full day in the water or seeing the sights. It features a private furnished patio with palm tree views and a unique sunroom nook in one of the bedrooms where you can relax with your beach read. You'll be treated to all the comforts of home with a flatscreen Smart TV in the living area so you can stream the next episode of a new series, a full kitchen to meet all your culinary needs, and a washer and dryer so you can pack light.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
