Pura Vida is a darling, stylish, comfortable and fun beach home in the oceanfront Shorepine Village neighborhood of Pacific City. This is a townhome with an open, spacious kitchen, dining with large table and eating bar, and living room with gas fireplace at the entry level. The upstairs has 3 comfortable bedrooms including a master with a full bath, and fun bunk room. The beach is a quick walk along the paved pathways. The garage is available for guests and has bikes for the kids and adults! Nicely stocked for a family holiday, there are games, toys and books for the kiddos.

2 bedroom townhome. Garage is available. Main level entry has nicely stocked kitchen, large dining table, eating bar, living room with comfy furniture and gas fireplace and 1/2 bath. There is a nice sunny back patio with hot tub & BBQ. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and full bath with shower. Another bedroom with queen bed. And cute twin/twin bunk room with kids toys and TV. There is a full bath with tub in the hallway.
Neighborhood:
Shorepine Village is conveniently located close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Two miles of paved walking paths that interweave through the Village of small grass covered dunes, pine thickets and seasonal wetlands. Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
