Loved our stay. Dave was a great host.The condo was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. We had access to everything, grocery stores and fine dining. The view of the ocean was limited but beautiful with easy beach access. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunset from the back bedroom. Thank you Dave for being a wonderful host!I’m sure I will reach out again in the future. Great find!

Had a nice time in OBX. Re unit: Pros - clean unit, pet friendly, responsive owner, close to restaurants and attractions. Cons - the picture with the wine glasses isn’t accurate. I didn’t check reviews and guests photos close enough. View is a small peek-a-boo and your outdoor chairs actually sit in a hallway looking at an elevator and a peek of the ocean. Hot tub is not open in off season.

Great stay

We had a great short weekend here. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Can’t beat the location!

Cozy place perfect for family of 4

My family of 4 loved thos cozy place. It was perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The property owner was great about responding to questions and even helped extend our stay a night so we didn't have to pack up and leave in the middle of a tropical storm. I would definitely stay here again.

1st family vacation at OBX

This condo was right on the beach. The pool was perfect size with a lot of chairs! It was super close to everything. The store was right across the street. So many restaurants to choose from. The condo was so clean and spacious for a family of 5! The price was super reasonable. I'd definitely reach out to stay here again!!

Stayed 7-nights at this Condo last week of October 2025. This unit is clean, well furnished, and like-new in appearance. No issues encountered. Location is ideal for nearby restaurants, stores, and attractions. The Wight Brothers Memorial is visible from the living room windows.

David was quick to respond to our questions. The condo was comfortable. It was spacious for 2 people. Unfortunately we were there when the nor'easter came through. The cable went out, but there was enough to do the day there was no cable.
