This condo provides the ultimate in beach front relaxation. You can experience the sunrise just a few steps to the beach or from your top level, very private deck. If you are in the master, you can watch the day begin over the ocean from the comfort of your king size bed. With plenty of room in the den and a fully stocked kitchen you will find everything you need to experience beach and ocean front living. The back bedroom has a single over double with a twin trundle. If you are looking for more than the beach, milepost 7 is in the heart of OBX with restaurants, grocery, putt putt, etc. all within walking distance. Whether you are looking for a small family retreat, girls/guys weekend or just an intimate getaway for a couple or two, you have found the spot!

great view

the best thing about this trip was the view. I struggled to get the key box open tried calling every number on the site and got no response. Finally a neighbor helped me and he had to get a tool from his truck. The place was not clean and the mildew was bad. The view is amazing and luckily the weather was good so we spent our time outside.

Good Location/Great Views

Great views from the 3rd floor of the beach from the balcony. Walking distance to Goomby’s for supper. Yes there are stairs and no elevator but there is a luggage lift for your stuff. The view is worth the steps. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great time!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. FYI dirty dishes were put back in the cabinets and the back door doesnt lock. The guest bathroom "rings" when the light / fan is on for several minutes.

Perfect condo for our family!

Perfect amount of room for our family, with an amazing view! Our teenage children shared a room and the king suite was great for my husband and I. We were at beach or out shopping/eating most of the time and loved the location. Miller's Seafood & Steakhouse and Goombays were favorites of ours!

A lovely beachside getaway

What a perfect beachside site. The view is fantastic and the sound of crashing waves makes sleeping easy. Location is easy to find and close to conveniences. Highly recommend.

Stunning

The views are stunning! Great location, everything you’ll need is here. Full kitchen, very comfortable furniture and bed. Really comfy. We will definitely book again.

Cozy

The place was quiet, comfy, and cozy. The balcony was perfect for your morning coffee while watching the surf and on a few occasions dolphins swim by. It is also a great place for a relaxing evening meal. The host was great and responded relatively quickly to any questions I had. we can't wait to go back!

Seas the Day Kill Devil Hills

Overall, this was a nice place. We had a great view of the ocean, BUT - there is NOT an elevator! That ABSOLUTELY should have been mentioned in the ad for the place. We are all in our late 60's- early 70's and had to traverse FOUR flights of stairs every time we went out. We were not happy about that, at all. The ad mentions coin laundry on site, but we did not locate it. With so many stairs to climb, in suite laundry facilities should be considered. Not a bad place, but the lack of an elevator would have been a deal breaker, had we known about it.

Exactly as posted! Great oceanfront! All the things you need and more! Views are wonderful! If you can't handle going up and down stairs, (49 total) that would be the only draw back! We had a great time! Nice place!

The unit was exactly what we needed & excepted! We were able to work & stay there while enjoying the great view! Only things that we didn’t enjoy were the 3 flights of steps that we had to walk up mainly because of recent knee surgery but we definitely enjoyed the luggage elevator to help carry everything up & down. Also the master bathroom shower was very small like a cruise ship shower😁 also a curtain in the master bedroom would have been nice to keep the sunlight out in the morning.

Perfect condo

This condo was clean and everything we wanted and expected. The nice deck overlooking the ocean was our favorite part of the condo, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner out there. The bed is comfortable and nice kitchen to cook in.The screen door needs repair. But other than that it was perfect.

Fun Family Weekend

This condo was very nicely furnished & the kitchen was stocked with good quality pots/pans/dishes. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We were very thankful for the luggage lift because I don't think we could of lugged everything up the steps to the top floor. The only bizarre thing that happened was the smoke detector in the guest bedroom started beeping going off two different times during the night for no apparent reason, which was quite alarming to say the least. We enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn't very cooperative. There was also have a nice selection of books, games & puzzles. We would definitely visit again.

Relaxing stay

Loved this property. Well equipped, clean, great views. The living areas felt dark, although the furniture was very comfortable. Two items that need some attention: the hall bathroom sink faucets were a little leaky. The lamp in the back bedroom didn't always stay on. There may be a short somewhere. The view made it all worthwhile!

Great, well equipped condo.

Loved the condo. Wonderful view of the ocean. The owner paid great attention to detail and meeting the needs of the traveler. Didn't like the steps to the third floor.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

What a beautiful location! We enjoyed watching the sunrises from the balcony of the condo. Even though the weather was chilly, the views of the ocean were wonderful. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean and beds were made when we arrived. There is some surface mold on the bathroom ceiling that needs to be remediated, but otherwise the bathrooms were clean. We would definitely choose to stay in this condo again.

Maintenance issues.

Too much deferred maintenance: Two lamps without any bulb, screen door off track, adjuster missing from levellor in living room, burned out bulb in refrigerator, dead battery in wall clock, torn window screen in bedroom, peeling surface on deck, bracket missing in master-bath, peeling/missing paint in master bath shower.

October is BEST in OBX !

This was our second time staying at this Condo! We were blessed with a wonderful week of Sun & 7O’s! October just can’t be beat in OBX - No crowds, amazing dining and super relaxed People! Seas the Day is just perfect spot to unwind . Thanks again for another great time!

Couple things I’d change, but a great place!

We enjoyed our stay here and the location is great! Loved the easy parking and beach access/ hoses and showers to get sand off. Close to restaurants, as listed. Listing info never said the unit number- had to message host. Cleanliness wasn’t great in my opinion. Trash can (empty) smelled and there were flies in the house. Couches and beds were comfy and we liked that linens were included. Amazing view! We would rent again and hope the cleanliness improves. Talked to host on phone about hurricane concerns ahead of our trip and he was very nice and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay!

The best location

This was our second year staying here and we loved it just as much this year. You can't beat the location. Everything you could need is here in this apartment. There are a lot of beach supplies in the storage closet including coolers, buckets, shovels and beach games. The owner is responsive if you need anything- not that you should because everything is there already.
