This condo provides the ultimate in beach front relaxation. You can experience the sunrise just a few steps to the beach or from your top level, very private deck. If you are in the master, you can watch the day begin over the ocean from the comfort of your king size bed. With plenty of room in the den and a fully stocked kitchen you will find everything you need to experience beach and ocean front living. The back bedroom has a single over double with a twin trundle. If you are looking for more than the beach, milepost 7 is in the heart of OBX with restaurants, grocery, putt putt, etc. all within walking distance. Whether you are looking for a small family retreat, girls/guys weekend or just an intimate getaway for a couple or two, you have found the spot!

Great place to stay, beach front and very clean and close to many good restaurants. The only downside is the property doesn’t have an elevator, only a luggage elevator. Other than that though we had an amazing time!

Such a hidden gem. The kitchen was stocked with common ingredients, pots, pans, and even Tupperware so we had somewhere to put prepared food. The only things we brought that weren’t provided were paper towels, beach towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - otherwise we had everything we needed with an incredible view!

The absolute best part of this condo is the amazing location! Very easy beach access! The storage locker had boogie boards, chairs, nets and a cooler which was very appreciated. A few things to note- laundry is 1.25 for washing and then 1.25 for drying so bring quarters! No beach towels so bring your own. A few more bath towels would be nice as well since we had only one per person for four days. If you need to contact the host definitely call instead of messaging through the app. Overall a great stay!

Just as described. Loved the easy access to the beach and the balcony. Rooms super clean and beds comfy! Host was so good about answering questions as we were there during hurricane Erin and helped with concerns. Overall great stay and would book again!

The owner was only responsive to phone calls. Any texts through the VRBO app went with no reply or in one case, a delayed reply. When there was an issue with the property not being vacuumed or sheets changed (sheets were covered in sand), I called the owner. At that point, he was very prompt, got someone out right away and apologized.

A lovely beachside getaway

What a perfect beachside site. The view is fantastic and the sound of crashing waves makes sleeping easy. Location is easy to find and close to conveniences. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed staying in this condo-very clean and organized-had everything we needed, especially helpful that they had beach gear we could use (chairs/umbrella/boogie boards). Would recommend grilling tongs and replacing lock box by front door. Owners were responsive to any questions we had. Great location and loved staying oceanfront! We would stay here again.

Perfect condo for our family!

Perfect amount of room for our family, with an amazing view! Our teenage children shared a room and the king suite was great for my husband and I. We were at beach or out shopping/eating most of the time and loved the location. Miller's Seafood & Steakhouse and Goombays were favorites of ours!

The place was quiet, comfy, and cozy. The balcony was perfect for your morning coffee while watching the surf and on a few occasions dolphins swim by. It is also a great place for a relaxing evening meal. The host was great and responded relatively quickly to any questions I had. we can't wait to go back!

Good Location/Great Views

Great views from the 3rd floor of the beach from the balcony. Walking distance to Goomby’s for supper. Yes there are stairs and no elevator but there is a luggage lift for your stuff. The view is worth the steps. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great, well equipped condo.

Loved the condo. Wonderful view of the ocean. The owner paid great attention to detail and meeting the needs of the traveler. Didn't like the steps to the third floor.
