Seychelles Resort is Gulf Front condominium, conveniently located on the peaceful end of Panama City Beach, within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the Marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. 2 Minutes To the Marina. 3 Minutes To St Andrews Park and The Shell Island Dolphin Cruises !

During busy times there are Blackout Dates for parking, this means we are only allowed to give out 1 pass per condo. This is the HOA policy. Blackout Dates are May 26 - 29, June 11 - July 30, September 1-4, October 14-16.

LOW TRAFFIC Part of Panama City Beach. You Will NOT Be Stuck In Gridlock Traffic Here On The East End Of The Beach.

Seychelles is adjacent to 'Schooners', the Last 'Local' Beachclub/Restaurant in PC Beach - Good food and great music! Resort is convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions.

PETS: Seychelles is not a pet friendly resort. Additionally the owner of this condo has severe allergies further restricting the allowance of pets. If you have a service animal we would kindly request that you reach out to us to inquire about our many other properties that can accommodate you and your service animal.

If you enjoy cooking, Publix and Winn-Dixie stores are only 1 mile away. A 5-minute short walk on the beach will lead you to St Andrews State Park.

Condo was clean and comfortable, and everything was good the only negative is if you get a three bedroom at this resort you only get one parking pass. Luckily we knew another owner there and he got us one.

Love the location and the owner has provided everything that you could need for a relaxing vacation. Enough pots and pans/ dishes to cook in or there is always Schooners next door for a convenient meal. Everything was very self-explanatory and easy to access. Got all codes and wifi password prior to arrival so no need to worry about what might happen when you arrive. Could not ask for a better view! Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The views were absolutely spectacular, and the beds were very comfortable. The only improvement I’d suggest is upgrading the cookware, especially for larger groups. There were eight of us, and it was a bit challenging to cook and find enough seating space when we were all relaxing together. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at in PCB.

Amazing Views!

The location is great and you can't beat the views! The unit is nice and the balcony is huge! I highly recommend staying here.

Great family getaway

Clean and View was Amazing!

Absolutely loved the view and will gladly stay in this same Condo again, there was plenty of cook wear and was also happy to see beach chairs and things for the beach like a wagon, and an ice chest!

Amazing view and beach

We loved our stay. In a great location that’s quieter than the busy section. Great condo with fantastic views. Would come again. Only downfall is only one parking pass so when you have a group of 8 staying you need to find alternate parking lots which can add up $$

The room was very clean. I have no complaints. There were some issues with the AC and some other minor issues but the owner was very responsive in getting the issues reconciled.

Girls Trip

We had the best time. The condo was perfect with everything we needed. We loved the wrap around balcony which we spent lots of time on after enjoying the beach each day. And…next door to Schooners…what’s not to like??

Great Vacation

The view at the property is amazing! It was big spacious and nicely decorated and organized. It was close to great places to eat St Andrews park and Schooners restaurant. The staff was friendly and we had a wonderful vacation! The only thing that was a bit of a bummer is that the hot tub on the property outside was not working, but one of the pools was heated so we still had fun swimming! We would definitely stay here again.

4th of July

I was worried about the 21st floor because I have never stayed that high up. Surprisingly the elevators were fast and the view for fireworks was spectacular. Suitable for 2 pre teens and adults.

Great condo!

We loved this condo and the fact that it was a corner unit with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and nice. It had comfortable beds with nice linens. The only thing it could use is new/ better cookware and more utensils and knives. We enjoyed our stay and would like to book it again for our next trip if available.
