This modern and well-appointed condo is your ideal destination for a Colorado getaway, whether you're hitting the slopes in the winter or riding the trails in the summer. Settle into Mountain Modern furnishings for an unforgettable stay, where you can make yourself at home and enjoy convenient access to downtown Breckenridge and the mountains. You'll have access to one on-site parking spot, and you'll be within walking distance to the Breck Gondola, Main Street, and all the shops and restaurants downtown.

ENTRANCE –
When you arrive at 429 N. Park Avenue, you'll have access to one parking space. Look for the lot-facing side of the building (north side) for the keypad door to gain access to the interior of the building. The access code will be in your check-in instructions, which you'll have in your email two days before you arrive. Once inside, go up the stairs and through the hallway, and to the right you'll see your door labeled #15. Let yourself in to your condo to the foyer and kitchen.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
To your left, you'll see the kitchen, which includes seating for four around the beautiful island, and is outfitted with high-end appliances, plate ware, and everything you'll need to make a gourmet, home-cooked meal. You'll find an oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and a regular drip coffee maker.
LIVING AREA
Continue on to the living area, where you'll find modern décor and furnishings, including a comfortable couch which folds out into a queen bed. There will be a flatscreen TV which will offer cable and connectivity to streaming apps. You will also have access to your private patio space, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the refreshing mountain air, along with awesome views.
BEDROOM
This cozy bedroom will include a queen-size bed and amazing views from all the windows. There is a washer and dryer located in the closet. You will also have access to a second private patio from your bedroom!
BATHROOM
Next to the bedroom, you'll find your bathroom which includes a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.
