Great Location/Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The unit was very clean and supplied nicely. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing New Years stay

Place was very convenient to everything! Great place to relax..courtyard was perfect to come back and unwind..host was delightful and appreciated them sharing their home. Parked the car and walked everywhere.. no need to drive

What a great place. Super clean, walk to restaurants and shopping, You can hear the horses clopping down the street drom the balcony. The hosts are very nice. We will be back!

Night of Lights

This location is in the middle of all of the excitement! Easy walk to everything. The place it decorated amazingly. It was very comfortable and relaxing! The owner was very attentive and recommended a great place for dinner. We would love to go back.

Hidden Gem

Best location in the historic district. Walking distance to everything we did. Our hosts, David & Libby had all the furnishings for a comfortable getaway. We have stayed at this property (10) times and hope to be back soon!

Great location- perfect host

First, you couldn’t ask for a better host. Checked on us immediately at check in. Gave a great history of the property that made us appreciate it even more. Quick with recommendations for things to do and dining. Location was very convenient and within walking distance to many historic sites. Quiet and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the side courtyard and patio. Highly recommend.

St. Augustine stay

Beautiful property in a great location. Friendly hosts with lots of good suggestions on where to eat. Only downside was delivery trucks early in the morning waking us up.

Five Star Property

David was an amazing host - very cordial and accommodating. The place itself was perfect. It's proximity to St. George Street served us well. It was only a 2 minute walk but what we enjoyed most was its quiet and secluded location. It was the best of both worlds. Highly recommend this place !

Just a wonderful stay!

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The rental is exactly as described. The owner provided everything we could possibly need. Especially in the kitchen. There was so much to do with-in walking distance. The St George shopping street is two blocks away. Will definitely stay again next trip to St Augustine.

Perfect St Augustine Escape

We were seeking a central location that would put us in proximity to walk and enjoy the sights. We also wanted 2 bedroom/2 bath accomodations. This was a perfect place for us. Everything was so close, but we felt that we could retreat into a peaceful quiet haven in the midst of the St. Augustine excitement. Added bonus was 3 different breakfast/coffee places within steps. Host was kind and accommodating. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to visit again.

Family Vacation

The property was clean, comfortable, beautiful inside and out including the gardens, in an excellent location, steps away from the action but far enough for peace and quiet and the hosts were welcoming and available. We could not have had a better experience. We would come back tomorrow if we could.

Great property and location

This property was perfect for our 4 night stay in St Augustine. It’s only a few blocks away from shopping and restaurants and house sits in a quiet location. House was very clean and owner is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!

Hidden Gem

Had another fantastic stay at our favorite place in St. Augustine. The location can’t be beat. It is in the heart of the historic district which gives you the advantage to walk instead of finding parking, which can be difficult, to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Casa de Banta has onsite parking but we walked to everything. David and Libby are the perfect hosts and give recommendations for everything. We have stayed here around 10 times and we look forward to our 11th. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Casa de Banta is the place to stay

Excellent location, right in the heart of historic Saint Augustine. Great restaurants and breakfast places just steps away from this lovely home. Owners provide many amenities. I highly recommend Casa de Banta for your accommodations when visiting Saint Augustine.

Location location

Perfect location-no need for a car while exploring St. Augustine historical area. Home is lovely, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Plus you’ll have a relaxing porch area and lush gardens to enjoy. David and Libby were very helpful and accommodating. The 4 of us highly recommend their property.

Perfect Place to Stay in St. Augustine!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Banta. It is a lovely home, and the location is perfect for getting to all the sites, restaurants, and entertainment downtown. The owners are wonderful and made sure we had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this home.

Fabulous Location!

This is our second time staying here. The location just can't be beat! It's within walking distance to nearly everything! The hosts are so nice and accommodating! They even gave us an onion so we didn't have to drive to a store! The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon drink! We really enjoyed sitting in the garden, too! We'll be back again!
