12 Wilmington Avenue, Unit 6 - One of the best locations in Rehoboth Beach for anyone looking to spend their vacation as close to the beach as possible. Located behind the Green Man restaurant, it is just 1/2 block to the beach and the Boardwalk and one block from the numerous shops on Rehoboth Avenue. Renters can park their car in the private lot on arrival and let it sit there all week until they leave, as so much is within walking distance. The efficiency style apartment features one full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size Murphy bed, 1 Double Sleep sofa. Guests provide their own linens unless a linen package is purchased. Unit is cooled by one air conditioning unit.

This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
No oversized vehicles permitted in the parking lot. The owner provides one on street parking permit for the City of Rehoboth.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $116.00.

You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
