Disappointing
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

First of all I wanted to say that the Escape is a great place to stay. This unit was just not for us. The owners probably tried to make the place better but unfortunately their attempt at improvement made it worse. The temperpedic covers they put over the mattresses made them so HARD that it was almost impossible to sleep on them. I like a hard bed but this was borderline brick hard. I would highly recommend for them to remove them for future guests. The other issue we had with the unit was that the heating cut out twice on its own. We reported the issue but the heat started working again before the repair person showed up. The office manager was nice enough to provide us with space heaters in case the heat quit again in the middle of the night. The unit itself was the closes to the slopes but the snowmaking machines at the resort were quite loud and provided constant background noise through out the night. The last thing I wanted to say about the unit was that he dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived and we had to empty it. Not a big deal overall but still an annoyance.
