Heading to the RBC Heritage golf tournament? Take a shuttle from the property to this event. Return home to have dinner on your private balcony with serene courtyard views.

After a fun-filled beach day just outside your door, relax in the remodeled living room. Enjoy a movie on the 50' TV with private balcony access from the living room. The chef in your group will appreciate the beautifully renovated kitchen with updates such as granite countertops, premium cabinets, all-new appliances, and bar seating. Things to Know
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the Ocean One complex is currently undergoing extensive remodeling. Please note that until further notice, balconies and patios on all units are temporarily unavailable. We kindly ask that all balcony furniture be stored inside the villa. The elevator is currently out of service, and there is construction activity outside the building, including scaffolding around the complex.
The owner will not be held liable for any amenities outside the owner's care, custody, or control. All information about the property and associated amenities is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. The customer should confirm all property details independently and at arrival time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
