With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 503 enjoy panoramic views of the oceanfront pool, green space and the the beautiful Atlantic ocean. 5th floor oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach and boasts an oceanfront pool with a private walkway to the ocean.
Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This cheerful condo could become a vacation destination for years to come.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all I love booking with Sea Shore Rentals. The fact that as soon as your unit is clean and they text you you are allowed in is fabulous! Never had to wait until 4 pm!!!! This unit is located in a perfect ocean front view. Close to a music venue, so if that's going to disturb you, be mindful. We happened to enjoy the local talent. Close enough to Coligny Square to walk also. We defwould stay here again. Condo has a full washer and dryer for families that need it also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is ideally located near restaurants and shopping at Coligny. We walked to lunch a couple of times. We enjoyed beautiful views of ocean from our balcony and enjoyed the live bands from the Tiki Hut just below us while sitting on the balcony in the evenings. We had a front row seat for the rising of the full moon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all very satisfied. Location perfect. Living room,dining room, bedrooms are very nice. The bathrooms and kitchen need improved. Kitchen lights need replaced. I had to use flashlight to see coffee maker buttons, dishwasher tips out as top rack pulled out, and had 3 toasters none of which worked properly. Bathroom exhaust fans didn’t work, ceiling needs repaired, medicine cabinet in main bath interior covered in rust and not usable. TV in living room is dying. Difficult to see picture in daytime.

Nice location. Rental not as described!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for a beach vacation. The rental was old and not as described at all. Description said new paint, new furniture and new carpet. It was described as recently renovated. This was all false. Paint is stained and chipped, there is no carpet in the bedrooms as pictured in the description. There are 2 very old and dirty area rugs in the living room. The furniture is all old and outdated. The bathrooms had mold in the showers. The one shower didn’t drain properly. The dishwasher was not mounted at all and fell out everytime you opened it. All and all it worked for our family but I would not rent this condo again. I called to let them know the first day that I was unhappy with this condo and it wasn’t as described. I was told someone would call me and they never did.

unit 503 Ocean One

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love Hilton Head & Ocean One! Accommodations at 503 were less than stellar! Dirty dishes, dirty floors, missing electrical plate cover missing in dining room bookshelf, dishwasher not safe when loading dishes, as it is not screwed on to the counter top, water came in when hurricane Idalia blew water in under the sliding door and had to place towels there to keep water from coming into the living area, master bath plumbing needs screwed to not float around, master shower doors flop around, hole in second bath door, neither bathroom fans work to any effect, HOA needs to invest in deep pocket sheets as the current sheets do not stay where they are supposed to! Owner needs to do some major upgrades! Seashore Vacations is a great company and we really enjoyed our stay, even tho the condo was not the greatest, and of course Ocean One being right on the ocean is great! Many thanks! :)

We have stayed at Ocean One many times. The condo this year was dirty had hair in tub shower nozzle was loose toaster didn’t work coffee maker didn’t work toilet runs no stopper in bathroom sink. Shower doors not on correct. Mold on ceiling no exhaust fan in bathrooms sheets were old and had balks on them from wear. I think this is enough to let you know how disappointed we were. Won’t be back at that condo ever

Awesome vacation spot!

Save your money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best aspect of this property is the location. Access to the beach was awesome. Everything else about this property left much to be desired. The condo was dirty and in need of numerous repairs. The twin beds were in terrible condition - making it impossible to sleep. The showers were rusty and the door was not even fully attached. The worst part of the condo was the active mold growing in the main shower. Our family could not stay in this condo as is; after one night we found another place to stay. We notified management of these issues and are still awaiting a response. This whole experience was extremely disappointing as we had looked forward to our beach vacation for many months.

Great location and views, dated.

Enjoyed our stay. We arrived mid-morning and were able to get checked in early and into the villa. However, housekeepers had not made it to the villa yet and it was still dirty from the prior guests. Nice to be able to put our stuff down but it was several hours later before the villa was cleaned. Great location and views, the villa overall is pretty dated and needs updating. The place next door has a tiki bar that plays music every night, which is nice but sometimes you just want to go to bed with the sliding doors open to hear the sound of the ocean and not music. Would stay here again, views and location can’t be beat.

Wonderful stay

We've stayed at Ocean One multiple times, but never before at this particular condo. It was nice and perfectly fit our needs. Only negative was that the nearest elevator was out of service for the entire stay and we were on the 5th floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but read on...

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were generally happy with the unit in terms of location and apparent cleanliness. The beach is easily accessible and lovely. Unfortunately, we discovered bedbugs during our stay. We were not sure at first, but after some research, we were certain. We reported this to the realty company. After following up with a phone call, they said that the exterminator did not "see" and bedbugs. As far as I know it was not treated. I urged them to relocate the next renters who were due to come in the day after we left. BEWARE! The elevator near our room was broken during our entire stay. The only other elevator was broken at the same time for part of one day, but was fixed promptly. The pool was lovely and very clean. Lots of smokers around the pool made it less pleasant. Perhaps you might consider adding a designated outdoor smoking area. For those concerned about music from the Tiki Hut, know that it closed every night by 10 PM and the music stopped by about 9:45. We actually enjoyed sitting on the balcony and hearing the music.

Had a couple of kids with us that wanted to sleep on the sofa bed. When we let it out, there were rat droppings in the mattress. So NO to sleeping there.!. All and all a good time.

Great beach

Location for access to the beach was great. Nice pool. Convenient location for groceries and walking to restaurants. Property had a keurig as well as a coffee pot.

Same unit 503...If your planning a vacation to HHI start with Seashore they are very professional, truly enjoy what they do!!!! 01/503 is located exactly where you need to be close to everything u need from groceries,shopping,restaurants and of coarse the beach!!! the view from 503 is bad restaurants on HHI!! but try Fish Camp,Ela's Nunzio's and Pomodori's...would definitely recommend 01/503 to a family or friend or family... Can't wait to return !!!!!!!!!!!

Nice location, but property needs better cleaning and updating

The location is great. The building and property are nice, but we would have loved it if the pool was heated. We were sad to have lovely mid to upper 70s temperatures and not able to use the pool. The condo really needs better cleaning, updating, and even repairs. We found mouse feces inside the bedding of the sleeper sofa, there were stains of several pieces of furniture, there was a hole in one of the bathroom doors, there was loose plaster hanging down from ceiling in a bathroom, several HVAC vents had caked on dirt, and finally, buy some cheap towels and wash cloths to have a weeks supply for guests.
