Great place to stay at!! Easy check in and check out. Very spacious and clean. Right near the beach and easy access to balboa island. Host was great at communicating. 100% would go again!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our get away weekend. The location was in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The unit is stocked with everything you would ever need on your stay. Steffanie, our host was amazing, super responsive and the whole process was effortless. We would definitely stay again!

The patio makes this a remarkable find. We loved going to the rooftop to play cards, have a fire, and watch the sunset. The entire apartment was clean. The coffee was an added bonus. I loved the four beach chairs that we could carry on our backs to the ocean. The host replied to my questions, except for one during my stay, which was kind of odd. Overall, a wonderful place, two short blocks to the ocean.

All aspects of the experience were fantastic. Clean, well supplied, very comfortable, and very quiet, excellent location. The property owner was very responsive in coordinating the reservation. We’d stay here again and highly recommend.

This home is absolutely darling! Really clean, nice updates and a huge rooftop space to hangout. Great location close to Balboa, the beach and bay. Would rent again for sure.

Beautiful, well organized. Bars/restaurants in easy walking distance. Nice to have garage to park in. We enjoyed it very much.

Happy visit

Lovely beach house. We enjoyed our stay and will cherish such fond memories of beautiful Newport Beach. The host provided all the comforts of home, including beach chairs and sand toys for our kids. The rooftop was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We hope to visit again some day!

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed the rooftop deck, bed was super comfortable, decent kitchen amenities. The only drawback was the trash left behind from the last guest must have had seafood in it, so every time you entered the property the stench and the flies were really bad.

Treehouse Views!

The upper view level is extraordinary and makes for a wonderful getaway. Great BBQ. The kitchen was extra nice with all you need. Just a fun place to stay and so close to the beach and ferry.
