Location was perfect for beach days, walks, food. Grateful to know about the parking space size — our Jeep compass was tricky to get in but. Or impossible- wouldn’t have wanted any bigger, but because that was communicated early, we knew to rent something smaller. Communication was great. Definitely will stay again!

The space was exactly as expected, even roomier than I thought actually. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the unit was in a great location. Easily accessible by foot to the beach and boardwalk and a short drive to Balboa Fun Zone and Ferry. We did not end up using the beach materials but saw they were available and would have if we had more time!

Great location, very nice property, especially the primary suite and the deck. We loved our weekend stay. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The host was incredible and made everything very easy for our family. The location was perfect by the beach, pier and some local shops. Super close to the airport, Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. We would definitely stay there again.

Getaway in Newport Beach

Property was beautiful, and very convenient to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

We've been renting houses along Newport Beach for about 10 years now and we all agreed that this was our favorite one yet. Location, the property itself, the master suite/bathroom--everything was great. Highly recommend.

Amazing location with everything needed

This rental is steps from the main beach and boardwalk and close to cafes, restaurants and shops. The unit looks a bit more light/bright in the photos, but generally fits the descriptions given. Beds were very comfy.

Great rental!

So close to the beach, shopping and dining. We rented bikes and loved riding our bikes on the boardwalk. The rental was very clean and updated we had a great time! Master bedroom was huge.

Great property

Very nice house close to the beach. Parking is a little tight. Great experience from beachview. They were on top of everything.

Beach Vacation

The property was small, but clean and accommodating. The Property Manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The only downside to this location is parking. The carport is tiny and parking in the area can be very challenging.

We liked everything about this home. It's spacious and casual. By that I mean you can come home and easy living with everything at our fingertips. A quick trip n and out everyday and no stress.

Amazing master bedroom and shower. A good amount of space. Parking was definitely tight. Dishwasher didn’t work. Had to make after hours call, they were responsive and friendly.

4th annual fall trip

We stayed here and had friends in their two other units. Great for multi families with kids. Safe for kids to go back and forth to apartments. There just wasn’t a large communal patio but we made it work. Super close to the beach!

Family getaway to Newport

We had a great stay overall. This property is located in a great location, half a block from the beach and within close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Balboa Park. It is small, but suited our family well with bunkbeds for the children, and a large master suite. The carport is extremely small, but we were thankful to have a designated space to park in. The management company requires quite a bit of information upfront, but was very easy to work with and available to answer questions. I would recommend this property and look forward to our next vacation in Newport Beach!

Beach Front Beauty

The property is as described online. Well maintained, nicely decorated, excellent furnishings. Easy walking distance to the beach and every beach item one could want is included. Only issue was a very small parking lot with parking space numbers completely out of order leading to confusion with other guests. Would absolutely come here again.

We really enjoyed ourselves

#C was the perfect place for my daughter and I to land, spend the weekend and have everything we needed. The place was perfectly clean and I really appreciated that. The beds, linens and extra towels were a huge part of my 5-star. So many times you get a great place and then the beds are uncomfortable or they use cheap linens and so you're up all night. These were GREAT!! We really enjoyed ourselves, thank you!

Perfect location. Just steps away from the beach, pier and shops. The kitchen was perfect for our stay and was well stocked. Our host was super responsive and extremely friendly. The master bedroom was huge, with the second room being a bit small, but it worked for our family of 4. It got a little warm in the master bedroom, compared to the rest of the place but it was very comfortable. As others have described, the car port is extremely tight. We were able to park our Hyundai Tucson, but the driver didn’t have much room to squeeze out. The neighbours were friendly, but with it being Christmas they had a bad habit of leaving their garbage in our bins (2 times), but the rental company was extremely responsive in clearing them out for us. We would stay here again.
