Great location

we had a wonderful stay in this 1 bedroom beach home. Communication was perfect with owner and there were no issues with the home. Great location to be able to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Having a garage to park our car in was a bonus. Highly recommend this home if staying in Newport.

Perfect Stay

Everything was great! Perfect location and very walkable between beaches, bay and restaurants. Easy drive to other OC locations. Garage was tight but loved having it rather than finding street parking.

Excellent stay

We spent the New year at this location and everything was great. The property was as described and the location was peaceful and nice. We had one issue during our stay and the host was very attentive and had it corrected within hours of us reaching out. Will stay here again.

Our family had an enjoyable visit and especially liked the walkable neighborhood and friendly vibe sitting on the outdoor patio. Plus that it is dog friendly.

Great location. House was not as clean as we hoped, baseboards, blinds and windowsills need to be cleaned as well as the carpet in bedroom which is full of stains.

Awesome stay!

Perfect place for me, my wife, and my dog stay while visiting family during the Holidays. The property allows dogs and was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Great location and area to explore.

Beach get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. This rental was so centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go- the beach, the bay, restaurants, etc that we hardly had to drive anywhere! It was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs! Very clean and great neighborhood!

Great location bathroom needs update

What a beautiful property in a really lovely area. Everything about this stay was great. The only thing I would recommend is an update on the bathroom shower maybe just some new grouting and a bleaching of the grouting on the floor, great place!

Newport Beach gem

Perfect property for our 5 day stay. Unit was very clean and outfitted exactly as described. A bonus was the My Galley coffee shop and local library around the corner. We would stay here again!

Family visit

This unit is exactly as advertised, super clean and stocked with everthing you could need. Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants and bars. We had the unfortunate luck to be here during the massive rainstorms, but still had a great time. Our host was excellent at answering any questions. Would definitely stay here if in town again.

Awesome place!

Everything was clean and well prepared. It's a block away from the Bay or the ocean with a garage for parking. We had a great holiday weekend here, and loved the place do much we decided to eat in more often than we expected. Couldn't ask for more!
