Guests may feel presence of upstairs renters with exterior entry door and walkway usage. Patio space is for downstairs guests only. The best feature is the beach front patio!!

One parking space behind the house is available for renters. Otherwise street parking is free and city pay lots are 4 blocks away near the Ferry to Balboa Island, Fun Zone and Balboa Pier. Short walk to easy access dining, fishing boats and Catalina Cruiser. Or, rent a bike and pedal to Lido Island or Huntington Beach along the boardwalk.
No partiers, no smoking and sorry no pets. We have long standing neighbors and upstairs guests - therefore we ask for things to be heading to a quiet hour at 9pm!
