Welcome to our little piece of Paradise. The soft white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are just steps away from this 3rd story 2 Bedroom condo. The Nautilus complex is located on the beach and includes a heated pool, barbecue / picnic / fire pit area, 2 included parking spots, and of course the beach. No roads to cross here and Beach setup, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, is included from March 1 through October 31 (Weather permitting). We have a dedicated ice machine for your beach cooler and extra beach chairs and a beach wagon in the closet. We are located less than 2 miles from the Okaloosa Island pier as well as multiple restaurants and attractions.

Great location! This is our second time staying here and it’s a fav. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has got all you need to cook whatever. The beach is steps away. Walmart is close to stock up on snackage and the Destin boardwalk is less than 15 away to go walk and play!

Condo was clean and on the beach. Owner was responsive to all messages. The only thing I would bring is wash cloths because there none supplied in the condo. We would definitely rent again!

The weather was amazing and the condo was great! Super comfy beds and the big ice machine was a mega plus!! Really easy in and out to get to and fro the beach where our chairs were always waiting ( another huge plus! ) Looking forward to staying here again.

By the Ocean

Location was amazing, right on a private beach, so it was exceptional! Condo was also pretty good, had enough cooking utensils and such for making various seafood items. Children were happy with all the beach toys as well! Amazing place!

Everything was just like the post reflected. Enjoyed the closeness to the pool and beach. The ice machine was a wonderful addition. We will definitely return.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great! Plenty of room for the whole family. Pool is fantastic. Beach is right down the from the condo. Will stay here again in the future!

Such a great location!! The unit has a large ice maker which was so nice. The check in and out process was super easy. The unit was cute and perfect for our trip.

Amazing Stay

This condo is so beautiful! Right on the beach and located super close to so much! Rich is amazing and beyond helpful! I highly recommend his condo. Definitely will be back to stay anytime we are in the area! Thank you again for an amazing property and communication!

Fridge went out but the owners worked hard to get it right fast

The property is a great location and the owners are very nice. Our trip experienced multiple hiccups at the condo due unexpected events. The owner did their best to get it right as quick possible. I would stay with them again.

Great Vacation!

This condo is one of the best that we have stayed in for our beach vacations. It was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfy, the showers were great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The ice maker was so nice to have ice readily available. Even though there wasn’t a direct view of the ocean, the balcony was fun to sit on in the evenings. We didn’t use them, but there were several beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys to take to the beach. The beach is just a short walk away. Loved our week at Ft. Walton Beach!

Excellent Condo in a Great Location

I have zero complaints. Condo was clean and extremely well stocked with detergents, kitchen utensils, towels, shampoo and soaps, etc... The pool was nice and the beach is right there with 2 chairs and umbrella included. There is also a convenient store right next door for any needs and the kids loved they could walk there. We will be returning to this place again.

Jundy Stay

We come down to Florida every year. We have stayed at nicer condos but with the monster price tag. This was very affordable with a ocean view. A short walk to the beach makes it even better. No car ride, no long walk. I highly recommend this one. We will be back.

At first glance, the property was beautiful just as pictured. Shortly after was a let down. Everything was dirty. Sand all over the couches, black stuff all over the table and chairs, food left in the air fryer, eye lash extensions in the bathroom rug, thick dust on everything, hair and dirtiness on the toilets and shower areas. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean every surface we would use, cleaned the tub and shower, washed the rugs, we even washed the sheets before use because if everything else was dirty I sure couldn’t trust the sheets were clean. What was most disappointing was the fact that I contacted the owners and they didn’t offer anything besides a lady to come and clean, after I had already told them I cleaned it myself. The cleaning lady came and did the air fryer and a few places I mentioned to her that I didn’t do. One of the draws to this place was the reviews of how clean the place was. Well, it sure as heck isn’t a clean place anymore. They only supplied the bare minimum of essentials:2 rolls of toilet paper, 7 towels and 5 wash rags, a tiny bar of soap and 2 tiny bottles of hair stuff in each bathroom. We stayed for 6 nights and had 7 guests. For the price, that should be better. I visit Destin area almost every year. I’ve stayed at cheaper, just as nice, cleaner places on the beach. Also, the tv sound in the living room kept messing up, the dryer only worked on certain settings, towel hanger came off the wall when a towel was set on it. Just sad

We arrived later in the evening, therefore we were not about to get our parking pass. It was not a problem, we were able to get the pass from the downstairs office at 9:00 am. The unit was a very short elevator ride and walk to the beach. Our friends had another set of chairs and an umbrella ready to be set up next to ours. For a quick trip to get away.....this was perfect!

We love the beach and really love it when it’s not so crowded. The beaches on okaloosa island are beautiful and the island life is much more serene than the craziness of Destin, FL which is still just a 10 minute drive down the road.
