Come see the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from this top-floor unit and enjoy free seasonal beach service for two (two chairs and umbrella set up for you each day!)
This unit offers 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths (Jack and Jill style) with a King master and a Queen guest room, along with a memory foam Queen sofa-bed in the living area. You can access the large balcony that overlooks the Gulf and Gulf-side pool through the sliding glass doors from the living area or Master bedroom. The unit comes fully equipped with linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need to enjoy your relaxing vacation at the quiet end of Okaloosa Island.
In addition, the El Matador complex offers a number of amenities including the sugar-white sand beaches, 2 (1 gulf front and 1 seasonally heated) pools, grills, basketball, pickle ball, and tennis courts, Sauna/whirlpool, fitness room and so much more!

Awesome beach view overlooking the pool located by the beach! Two beach chairs and umbrella a plus! Communication and check in was very easy. Condo could use some updates peeling paint in areas, couch had a hole in fabric, limited blankets, beach towels worn frayed, bathroom towels worn out with limited supply. Also prepare to purchase paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, very cheap supply that will not last long.

From the booking process to the overall communication, from arriving at the beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf of America on the sixth floor to the instructions on departing to head home, this was an incredible experience for my family and I. The condition of the condominium was clean, welcoming and felt like home on the shore! David and Kristin were also very easy to communicate with and their details on staying at their condo were clear and very helpful. This condo includes a full-size kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half-bath, dining area, living room space and a balcony overlooking the heated pool and Gulf shore just like the photos show. This condo is now on our favorites when we come back to Destin/Fort Walton Beach. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Overall our stay was great. The location of the property was awesome. With it being the last condo on the beach, we felt less crowded, compared to staying surrounded by others. The property is secure with a guard shack and only approved can enter the parking lot. The only slightly negatives were 1. we had to walk around the back of our building and go through a parking lot to get to the pool or beach access. This was a little scary at night with no lighting at the back walkway. 2. It was advertised that there was a heated pool, but both pools that we visited on the property were not heated. We would definitely stay at this property again, due to the seclusion/less crowded beach and easy access to Destin where we visited every evening for food and entertainment.

We had the best time while staying. The room was exactly how it is in the pictures and the beds were great! The location was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again. One of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

Great place

This was an amazing place to stay. The condo was as described and the host was super responsive. Beautiful location and the place was very clean and cozy. We will Definitely look to book here again.

Great location

Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Destin but close enough to make a quick trip if need be. The unit and facility was very well kept. Very close to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Anniversary Trip

Wonderful beachfront condo!

Great location, very clean! Loved the balcony. Big plus was the three beach chairs to use on our pretty days without having to go buy some (we flew in). My daughter was comfy on the pull out sofa bed in living room. :). Would stay again

Lovely

This was the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxed getaway. The amenities offered kept our visit completely stress-free, even with many areas in town being closed for the holiday. The neighbors were extremely friendly, and the guys at the guard house very helpful. And the beach access was fantastic!
