Everything in the rental was exactly like it was pictured. Only recommendation I have is brighter lighting in the bedrooms. Communication was excellent and location was great for baseball tournaments in the area along with a great shopping and food selection nearby.

Place is clean and nice. Location great

Everything nice. A little close to interstate so i would recommend putting sound machines in bedrooms to offset the noise at night but other than that great stay.

Great location and Comfortable Stay

The townhouse was just as described. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 small children with a living room, full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The beds were also comfortable. It's in a great location close to shopping and restaurants while having an "in the woods" feel. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Birmingham.

Great for a family weekend

This home was a wonderful gathering spot for out-of-town family members. Plenty of parking, safe, quiet neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and convenient to everything we needed in Hoover and Homewood. The host was very accessible and friendly, which is a bonus.

A perfectly located property just south of Birmingham proper and the RTJ Trail.

We were there for golf, a concert, and a relaxing getaway, it was a perfect place for all three. Its located in a very relaxing setting, yet not that far from retail business. It will be my choice again when I return.

Great Property

Overall our stay was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. The only constructive feedback I have is that the one of the upstairs Queen beds is really firm (I realize this is a preference for some) and in the winter months the road noise can be loud due to the trees not having leaves… a sound machine at night fixed this for us. Thanks for the great stay!

Very nice and roomy!

This was perfect for our family attending my daughter’s graduation from Samford University. We had plenty of room for our multi-generational family. I just wish I had known about this a few years earlier! Loved staying here!
