This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 8 bedroom Isle of Palms home has a private pool, wide open living space, 2 rooftop decks with ocean views, located steps away from beach, restaurants and all the action. You will be in the heart of island life. It is the perfect beach house for a large family getaway, celebrations or bringing friends together. Walk in and up a few stairs (or elevator) to see what awaits. Two wet bar areas on the 3rd and 4th floor allow for fun and entertaining throughout the home.

When not relaxing on the beach the home includes a private pool in the backyard. Please note the pool is not heated. In the garage you will find 10-12 beach chairs, pool toys, beach cart and a full size additional fridge for easy drinks and food out by the pool or easy cooler restocking to the beach.

Bedroom Layout:
4th floor - 2 queen beds between the rooftop decks, in suite bathroom, lives like a loft /not closed off bedroom. Brand new Split unit to cool this floor
3rd floor - Main living floor - has one King bed/bedroom with in suite bathroom that is also the only bathroom on main living
2nd floor - the remaining 4 bedrooms are as follows. #1 King bed/in suite bathroom #2 Main Bedroom with King bed & in suite bathroom and slider doors to pool area #3 Two Queen beds #4 One Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a jack and jill bathroom

Guests are given both a garage door and front door code to easily access the home. Code given a couple days before your arrival

Local partners provide rentals of beach chairs, bicycles and any and all baby/kid gear you may need for your vacation. Bath linens and beach towels are provided as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and filters, cleaning supplies.
Please do not have packages shipped to home during your stay. If you must know that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Perfect stay

We loved this property. It was better stocked for a family beach trip than any other beach house we have rented over the last 10 years (and there have been a lot!). The communication with the owner was excellent. Great beach gear, great pool, great stay.

Family reunion

We had a small family reunion and this place worked really well for all ages (three generations). The location is great —near the beach, near shops and restaurants.

Great For Large Groups & Excellent Location

I stayed here over a long weekend with a large group of friends. We had some bad weather for two of the days, so had to spend a lot of time inside the house. It was spacious enough for all 13 of us to hang out and play games comfortably in the dining/living room area. You can't beat this location! There are numerous fun bars and restaurants within a block or two. We went to a concert at the Windjammer and it's an amazing outdoor venue in the sand with the beach as a backdrop. I would highly recommend staying in this house and hope to come back soon!

Wedding Weekend

We are local but needed a LARGE place for family and friends coming in from all over the country for our wedding. This place worked perfectly for us. We liked that there were no bunk beds or kids rooms which you usually find with houses of this size. All big beds for adults. Our mix of couples that needed private rooms and singles that shared a room fit perfectly in this house. The location is great for the night life that IOP offers and everything you need is easily walkable. The house was well stocked with the usual items and some nice leftovers from other parties that worked nicely for us. We will not hesitate to recommend this property to large family and friend groups in the future!

Awesome rental

We had a great time. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out. The home is beautiful and we LOVED the neighborhood. Close proximity to shops and several restaurants as well as the beach. Were able to walk to everything in the neighborhood in less than 5 minutes.

Long Weekend with friends

We had an exceptional experience at this location! The rooms, the kitchen, to the pool was all superb. We absolutely loved having access to the rooftop. The rooms were the perfect size as well as the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this place for a large group of friends or a big family vacation!

Holiday Family Fun!

Our family has grown over the last few years since we all got together for Thanksgiving, so this beach home was perfect for our larger group. We had 14 adults staying at the beach, while 9 others either stayed in my home or lived locally. The open layout of the home for the kitchen, dining area, and living room comfortably seated everyone together even though doing separate activities. Getting to the beach, restaurants, and grocery shopping was an easy walk. Each bedroom was comfortably appointed. Great fun was had by all!

Amazing stay right near the beach

This property was perfect! Exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, nice sized pool, really cool rooftop seating area to hang out on, steps from the beach and lots of cute restaurants. Communication with the host was great. Isle of Palms is a beautiful place and I would love to come back and stay at this property!

Great house and location

Location could not have been better! Close walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach! House was exactly as described and hosts were very responsive and even accommodated an early check-in as we had people flying in a bit early. Would definitely recommend!

Bachelorette Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The proximity to all the bars and restaurants in IOP was perfect, everything was within a 5 minute walk. We definitely want to stay again!

Wonderful and Memorable Vacation!

Perfect for our large group

This property was perfect for our large group of 16 ranging in age from 6 to 73. We had plenty of room both for sleeping & socializing without ever feeling like we were on top of one another. Great location, quick walk to the beach & the older kids (teens) loved being able to walk for coffee, ice cream, etc. on their own. It was so nice having our own pool as well which was shaded in the afternoon — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Easy communication with owners as well.

Great location & space

We had a great stay that included family ranging from infants to grandparents. The space was perfect for everyone to gather for meals, game night etc and then retreat to their rooms for privacy as well. The pool was great & the walk to the beach was easy. We loved having the beach chairs, cart & pool toys. We had a little trouble keeping the 4th floor as cool as we like it & it lacks privacy, as it is the walk through to both rooftop decks but it is a large space with plenty of room for pack n plays, etc. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely book again if we planned to be at IOP.

70 birthday celebration

We had plenty of room. The kitchen was excellent lots of different size pot and pans. Elevator was a must for the older adults and moving all our suitcases and groceries in. Furniture in living room was well worn but slip covers helped. Loved having the ice machine, we never ran out. The new owners were very nice and easy to get a hold of. Quick reply to messages and helped with information about area. We had a great time and the roof top was great for morning coffee and watching fireworks on the 4th of July.

Best beach house ever!

This was the 7th time renting a beach house in the area. This was by far the absolute best. Plenty of room for the entire family to be together to have meals and socialize. Bedrooms are spacious. Loved having an extra refrigerator in the garage. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Eric and Michelle were on top of any questions/concerns. I would definitely book this again!

A first family vacation together. A new tradition begins...

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property, our vacation and my experience with the owners. I'll touch on each of these subjects. First, the property. What a lovely home. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are quite spacious. The living room has plenty of space to spread out and relax without feeling cramped on one another (and we would know because we had a group of 12). The kitchen has plenty of supplies including a crockpot (which we used and it works great), not one but TWO coffee pots (again, used), plenty of pots and pans in a variety of sizes, dishes and cutlery for days, and any other misc item you may need. We needed nothing. The bedrooms were clean and so, so comfortable. In fact, my father in law was talking about getting a new bed because he couldn't imagine going back home to his old one! (Ha!) Oh and the view on balconies. What a fantastic area to sip wine, listen to music at the nearby restaurants and share a laugh with the fam. It was lovely. We even utilized the pool. For us, it was the best house we could have booked because it left us needing nothing and only wanting more vacation time. The vacation. This was the first family vacation we have ever taken together. Half of the family had never even seen the beach let alone swim in the ocean. This was an experience for them. It's a little secret that May is one of the best times of the year to vacation at the beach (my opinion). The weather isn't scorching hot yet and the water is perfectly warm. In addition to the ocean, my family visited the city as well. We spent time at the aquarium and saw historical sites such as rainbow row, the battery and, my favorite, the pineapple fountain. The house was in perfect proximity to the city- about a 20 min drive max. We were able to quickly get on an off the island with no traffic (again, more thanks to the May booking then anything else). My experience with the owners. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the owners. They are wonderfully attentive and kind people. They took such good care of us; from the booking to the little details they provided upon welcome. They were quick to communicate and listened to every thing we said with an open heart. (They recently purchased the house and asked for our critiques. While we felt silly even thinking of anything, they listened intently and took our feedback to heart.) They truly care about your experience and want you to enjoy your stay.
