Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

We stayed here to be close to the riverfront and it was so perfect! The first road you walk across (3rd street) can be a bit busy so be aware of that, but then it’s a short 10min walk to almost anywhere you want to go downtown. The porch was also used daily for us and was so nice and shady. We couldn’t be happier with our stay from comfort to location to our host Steven’s clear and fast communication. If we ever come back to the area we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Delightful location, accommodations and charming décor. Would definitely stay there again when in the area. Steven, our host was very helpful and prompt in communicating. Downtown location was easy to get to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater (less than 10 minute drive) and great dining at the Pilot House (walkable less than 15 minutes). Kitchen was well appointed and tidy. The front porch was a superb place for the morning coffee. Beds were comfortable.

Great location and a very good value for the price. We had plenty of space to spread out, and the property made it very easy to enjoy the downtown area and the Riverwalk. Being able to stay so close also saved us quite a bit on parking and made getting around much more convenient.The kitchen was well equipped with coffee, cookware, and pretty much everything you would need if you wanted to prepare meals during your stay.The main area I would recommend improving is the overall cleanliness. There was quite a bit of dust, and we noticed a black, soot-like residue on the floors that ended up on our daughter’s hands and feet while she was crawling. A more thorough cleaning of the floors would make a big difference. I would also suggest upgrading the pillows, as they felt a little on the inexpensive side.Overall, though, we had a great stay and felt the property was a very good value. The location was excellent, the space worked well for our family, and we would recommend it to others.

We rented this place for college graduation. The location was perfect for getting to the college and walkable to downtown. The space was perfect for a small graduation gathering and very comfortable. The balcony was nice for hanging out outside in the morning and evening under the trees. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again.

Coming from someone that loves old homes, this home was perfect. The location could not be beat being so close to River Walk. Plenty of space for our group of 6. The porch was such a quaint place to sit and watch the world go by. This is a place we would again book if we are in the area again.

This was one of the best I have ever stayed in…I love the way the owner let me come in early and decorate for my girlfriend birthday! The beds were super comfortable amazing view of the city! I will definitely book again just for the cozy home away from home

Great location in the historic neighborhood near downtown with convenient parking. Comfortable and clean place. Slight difference from listing photos (the living room has an older sectional instead of the two sofas shown) but otherwise property was just as expected. Some small things in need of repair (missing towel bars for example) which isn't unusual in an older home. Overall we loved our visit to Wilmington and staying at this property helped make it a wonderful week! Thank you!

Stunning 3 bedroom farmhouse nestled in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC
Mere minutes to the Famous River walk, restaurants and boutique shops tat make Wilmington so great. The balcony is stunning. Enjoy your coffee and hang with loved ones as you take in the breeze and scenery. 3 bedrooms have a queen, queen and king bed sleeping 6. We also have an air mattress available to accommodate 2 more for a total of 8 people. Dining room sits 6 comfortably maybe 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well
