Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

My husband and I stayed with our daughter, grandson, and small dog for a soccer tournamet. We loved the history, cleanness, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The balcony is awesome!

I was looking for a place that was cost effective and convenient for my niece's wedding. Her wedding was held at 128 South. We were about a 3 minute drive. The area is quiet, you hear the crickets at night kind of quiet.Appliances were clean and ready to use. Although I did not use it, the coffeemaker was clean and ready for use. K-cups are there ready for use.The beds were comfortable.Would I request the place again if I returned to Wilmington ... absolutely!

Great location, very responsive host, an old home on the second floor in the heart of the historic district. Pet friendly and amazing porch overlooking cobblestone street. Perfect for our 1 night get away.

Great location. This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it very much. I love the upstairs balcony overlooking the old tree. A great place to gather with old friends or family.

Older home has tons of character in a cozy neighborhood. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed.Check-in process was smooth; hosts were very communicative.Will stay here again.

Comfortable Second Storey in a Historic Downtown Duplex

My family would definitely stay again in this clean, comfortable, quaint house. We were in Wilmington for July 4 & could easily walk to a riverside park just the blocks away to watch the lovely fireworks over the Cape Fear River. It was an easy, 15-minute walk to the Riverwalk, with lots of local restaurants along the way. The house itself is as-pictured, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet & safe, & the air conditioning works.

Historic Home with Space for All

Home was as described. If you appreciate an older historic home within walking distance to downtown shops, this may be the place for you. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and communication from host was excellent.

Great location, comfortable

Our family stayed here for a week long vacation. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shaded balcony was such a treat. The house is clean and the air conditioning kept us cool during the heat wave. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay in Downtown Wilmington

My wife and I stayed here because we wanted a place near the downtown area. It was perfect for this! We were able to easily walk to the area with restaurants and shops. the place was really nice with a great balcony to sit out on to enjoy our coffee and relax at night. the owners were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the downtown area.

Great stay for 1night or multiple nights.

We are grandparents touring Wilmington with 2 of our grandsons and our small dog. We only stayed one night but it couldn’t have been nicer. It is a grand older Wilmington home that is now a duplex. Off street parking was easy. Located close to riverfront but most will prefer transportation to visit the area.

Stunning 3 bedroom farmhouse nestled in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC
Mere minutes to the Famous River walk, restaurants and boutique shops tat make Wilmington so great. The balcony is stunning. Enjoy your coffee and hang with loved ones as you take in the breeze and scenery. 3 bedrooms have a queen, queen and king bed sleeping 6. We also have an air mattress available to accommodate 2 more for a total of 8 people. Dining room sits 6 comfortably maybe 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well
