Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

Older home has tons of character in a cozy neighborhood. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed.Check-in process was smooth; hosts were very communicative.Will stay here again.

Historic Home with Space for All

Home was as described. If you appreciate an older historic home within walking distance to downtown shops, this may be the place for you. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and communication from host was excellent.

Great location, comfortable

Our family stayed here for a week long vacation. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shaded balcony was such a treat. The house is clean and the air conditioning kept us cool during the heat wave. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay in Downtown Wilmington

My wife and I stayed here because we wanted a place near the downtown area. It was perfect for this! We were able to easily walk to the area with restaurants and shops. the place was really nice with a great balcony to sit out on to enjoy our coffee and relax at night. the owners were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the downtown area.

Comfortable Second Storey in a Historic Downtown Duplex

My family would definitely stay again in this clean, comfortable, quaint house. We were in Wilmington for July 4 & could easily walk to a riverside park just the blocks away to watch the lovely fireworks over the Cape Fear River. It was an easy, 15-minute walk to the Riverwalk, with lots of local restaurants along the way. The house itself is as-pictured, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet & safe, & the air conditioning works.

Great stay for 1night or multiple nights.

We are grandparents touring Wilmington with 2 of our grandsons and our small dog. We only stayed one night but it couldn’t have been nicer. It is a grand older Wilmington home that is now a duplex. Off street parking was easy. Located close to riverfront but most will prefer transportation to visit the area.

Charming home in historic district was a fabulous location. Easily walkable to riverfront with lots of dining and shopping. Plenty of room for my family to spread out. Host was very communicative. Would recommend!

Two day after Christmas getaway

From the wonderfully clean smell as we walked up the stairs, to the awesome balcony/porch we relaxed on while the rain gently fell, to relaxing watching some late night TV in the comfy living room, the Farmhouse exceeded our expectations! Great location - we walked most places! And our doggies loved it, too!! Highly recommend!!

This was a great house! Close to everything we needed in Wilmington, great neighborhood, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive too! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay. The place is perfect and the location is great if you want to be near downtown Wilmington. We Walked to several restaurants. We almost got snowed in, which was unexpected for Wilmington. Our host was very willing to work with us if we couldn’t get out. Would stay again. Go to Oliveras restaurant one block away. Wonderful restaurant.

A great way to begin our summer trip!

The Farmhouse is bright, sunny, spacious, and was very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We loved having a short walk to the river followed by a breezy evening on the porch. Wonderful!!

Close to UNC Wilmington

I had to make sure the house was close enough for me to make it to graduation on time and it was perfect! The host is extremely responsive, emailed him at 1am to ask if we could extend and he replied in 10 min.

Stunning 3 bedroom farmhouse nestled in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC
Mere minutes to the Famous River walk, restaurants and boutique shops tat make Wilmington so great. The balcony is stunning. Enjoy your coffee and hang with loved ones as you take in the breeze and scenery. 3 bedrooms have a queen, queen and king bed sleeping 6. We also have an air mattress available to accommodate 2 more for a total of 8 people. Dining room sits 6 comfortably maybe 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well
