Remodeled in 2024, this fresh and sunny townhome will keep you cheery with all the basics in a bright, clean, small package. Scamper over the sand dunes crossover to swim or hunt for seashells and sharks teeth. Bring your family fishermen and women! The famous Seaview Pier is just a two minute walk down the sand. The Seaview Pier Restaurant and convenience store are right there for sundries and quick meals out.  Or, if you prefer a larger selection of options, Snead's Ferry, is just over the bridge and only 7 minutes away to off-island shopping and dining.

Ground Level:
1 covered parking under the home. Second vehicle allowed in the driveway. 
Laundry Room with full-size washer and dryer. Extra storage and beach equipment for guest use. Outdoor shower.
Crossover Beach Access.  
Stairs to Property Entrance.

Level 2:
Oceanview Sun deck with private entry to property via sliding glass door. 
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper, soft side chair, Smart TV, ceiling fan. Spiral staircase to Loft.
Dining Room: dining room table seats 6. 
Kitchen: this unit does have a full-size dishwasher, which many other units in the complex do not. 
Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, Smart TV, ensuite sun deck, 
Primary ensuite bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet
Guest Room: Double bed
Loft: Queen bed, Twin bed, ensuite bath
Loft Bathroom: Shower stall, single vanity, toilet.

Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
