Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Cozy, felt like home.

The property was lovely. Conveniently located for our needs. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the property and we did not cook or eat there, I did notice the kitchen supplies are very limited. I only found 3 dinner plates in the cabinet but there were several coffee cups and glasses. It didn't seem very "balanced" and certainly not enough if our son and daughter-in-law wanted to eat with us at the condo.

Look better then it is

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was upgraded but it was very dirty, the filter for the HVAC was not change in very long time, door where broken and the floors were very dirty. The dish washer almost fell on me when i opened it. Not fixed to the counter.

Comfortable condo

The condo was clean and well supplied. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. It was so hard that my ribs felt bruised the next day. I had to buy a mattress topper to get through the stay. Aside from that, overall the experience was very good.

Nice area

The property was good size for just the two of us. It was clean, however the lighting was terrible, several light bulbs wereout. There was no hairdryer which should be a standard in any unit. whdifficult to read.

Great location

We had a pleasant stay. Great location to Pinehurst. We would’ve liked to see a little more stocking of everyday items. Very minimal plates, mugs, kitchen towels, etc. We had 3 in our party, would stay again for the location.

Great place to relax and unwind. Bedroom could use a TV. Living room couch a little uncomfortable. Early check-in fee was unexpected. Still, a great stay. Will stay again.

Quick retreat

It was the perfect stay for a quick 24 hour retreat. Hotel-like accommodations with the comfort of a den and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day soon.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable

Came to Pinehurst to play three days of tournament golf. The unit was clean, conveniently located and quiet. I was very pleased with my stay. I would book this unit again in the future.

Excellent stay!

We were so lucky to find this property to rent for the US Open at Pinehurst. It is a spacious one bedroom and nicely furnished. Comfortable king bed, w/d in unit and lots of privacy. There were plenty of linens, towels and supplies provided for our week's stay. We highly recommend!

Great place for a couple and their dog!

If you like golf, this place is close to many of the best courses in Pinehurst. It is also close to groceries, shopping, and the lovely little village where there is lots of boutique shopping. I also enjoyed a park that was close by - Reservoir Park - where there are nice walking paths.

Needs improvement

On line images showed a dinning table for 4 chairs. We only found 2 with a broken one in a closet. The shower does not have a closure so floor gets totally wet which likely why the floor to the foyer leading into the bathroom is all warped and difficult to maneuver. No hair dryer. Poor drainage during rain when stepping out of the condo you need to get around a 6 inch puddle. Bottom like the place needs some work and can be easily made into a 4 star.
