Excellent stay

Very peaceful stay on the water. House had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family and dog. Would love to come back next year!

Fenwick Getaway

Every year we head to Fenwick Island- This was our first stay at this home and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning.

Vacation

This property was very nice and in a very nice neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and the pool was a great bonus. The kids loved the pool.

We really love this home, neighborhood and vibe. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, linens provided, pool within walking distance, excellent location, cute fenced yard for the pups. This was our second year here and will be back again next year. Harry is wonderful to work with - responds quickly.

A very relaxing time

We enjoyed every minute. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. Just a few minutes from the beach.

Close proximately to many great destinations

Loved the screened in back porch. We all enjoyed much time there. Also loved being on the canal and scenic sunsets at the end of the street. The property manager was super responsive and very easy to talk with. We had a great stay here and are already thinking of when we can plan a return trip.

Excellent Home

This home is beautiful !! It is a very clean home that was fully stocked for us with toiletries. It is in a perfect location where we can enjoy Delaware beaches or Ocean City. My dog and teenagers also enjoyed this home

Canal Vacay

We were very pleased with the house and all it had to offer. We kayaked on the canal, went to the beaches and biked the neighborhood. Dog friendly and clean! We will be back!

The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to beaches, restaurants, and activities for the kids, and loved that they had a pool because we did use it. Harry was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We definitely would like to return next summer. Thank you again HarrySherry P

We love the location

The home was lovely and as expected. We did have a little problem with the refrigerator that did not make ice and also the dryer did not heat up. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Easy beach week

This home offered our family enough space inside and out to have an enjoyable week. The community was quiet, offered plenty of walking, bike rides, and swimming activities for my kids to keep them busy. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. One bonus was enjoying music from Freeman Arts Pavilion which we could hear most evenings.

An amazing place to vacation

The home included everything we needed to enjoy a beautiful week at the beach with our entire family. The layout had a lot of space to comfortably accommodate 5 adults and 4 young children. All of the appliances were modern and more than adequate. We had some temporary issue with power but our host Harry was extremely helpful while letting us continue to enjoy our vacation plans. We couldn’t be happier with our overall experience and stay.

Perfectly located

The property was as described. It was clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is wonderful. The location is perfectly located so that you can go to several different beaches. You can quickly go to Fenwick and you can be in Ocean City in mere minutes. The property manager was super responsive to questions. We had a fabulous time and will most certainly be back!

Sarbachs Family Vaca

Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed staying on the canal and taking pleasant walks around the neighborhood with our miniature schnauzer, Deuce. Access to the beaches, restaurants and activities was extremely easy. The only negative point is I would recommend a deep cleaning of the home in which we stayed. Since it was early in the season, I was surprised with the amount of dust on the blinds, window sills and hair on the baseboards in the master bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in/out was a breeze as was communication with Harry. We found the home exactly as advertised; clean and welcoming. Plenty of space for four adults, one child (7yo) and small dog to spread out. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. (no blender tho) Owner provided sheets & towels and the luxurious hand soap & shampoo/conditioner were a real bonus. Outdoor space was much appreciated especially the fenced little yard for our pup; deck chairs, dining table & loungers; crab traps and kayaks. (no outdoor shower/hose) We loved the neighborhood - it was quiet; had a nice pool & playground and was very walkable. Would absolutely return.

This property felt like a hidden gem. It was an older house but the updates were very nice. Rooms were comfortable. The porch was a favorite place to hang out in the morning and evening. The location was great. The neighborhood pool and pickleball courts were so fun. But I can’t say enough about how responsive Harry was! We had a few minor hiccups and he was so responsive! Every minor problem or question was immediately addressed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Peaceful & relaxing vacation

We had a great vacation. House was well stocked with extras like hair dryer, dish & laundry supplies, etc. Pool was close to the house. We really enjoyed being on a canal!

Nice place for the family

At first I was surprised the property was in a trailer park, but it's a really nice space. Peaceful on a canal and the community pool is great for the kids. Only 20min to the ocean city strip but there's a lot of local places to eat and things to do. The owner was very responsive. The amenities are top notch. I would just have included iron and ironing board. Overall great place to stay.

Thank you for staying with us. The community is actually not a trailer park. It is just an old PUD developed in the 70s that allowed owner to put manufactured homes in there. As you see, it is going through a transition right now that many homes have been replaced by beautiful detached houses. I'm very glad you had a good time!
