Brand new sleek & stylish studio in the core of Arcata, 3 blocks from Plaza. Simplicity at it's finest! This brand new contemporary studio was designed for guests craving a quality stay in Arcata with comfort & style in mind. Perfect for an easy, relaxing getaway furnished with a quality King bed, gas fireplace & fully stocked kitchen. Conveniently located just footsteps to downtown Arcata, and less than a five minute drive to Cal Poly Humboldt. Take an easy stroll to visit Saturday's farmer's market on the Plaza. Enjoy walking to the vibrant nightlife and sampling the delicious local brews, cider bar, wine tasting and one of a kind restaurants. Onsite parking is limited to 1 compact vehicle only.

Great location and super cozy!

Stayed here while visiting our kids. Perfect location to walk to everything we needed in town. Cute, quiet, cozy & clean! Loved it and would stay again

Christmas Stay

We would definitely stay here again. The place is super clean and perfect location near our son’s house. There was not enough space at his home so next time if needed, we will book here.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My partner and I visited my brother and his family, and this was the perfect place to stay. It was in a great area where we could walk to restaurants and shops, was very clean and comfortable. The bed was AMAZING. Couldn't recommend this place enough. The managers were kind and very helpful.

Studio in the Town

We were looking for a small studio in Arcata close to the square and local eating and shopping establishments. Was very pleased with accommodation and the description was just as we experienced.

Great for a weekend getaway

Was in Arcata for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place. So fun to be able to walk around downtown and go to the farmer’s market. Will be booking again the next time I go up there!

Tastefully Appointed Studio

My husband and I stayed 4 nights while attending a family wedding on Moonstone Beach. Convenient location tucked back from the street with well marked parking for our small car. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Arcata.

Very clean and quiet. It was easy to walk to Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt. Plenty of shopping and dining with in easy walking distance and located in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Arcata!

Wonderful experience and the studio was perfect for our stay in Arcata. It wa walkable to all the local favorites, and the room was verynice (new, beautifully appointed, safe, and quiet). The owner was very sweet and accommodating. We would most definately stay there again.
