Pet friendly yard that is fully enclosed! Very close to Cal Poly Humboldt and Arcata town square. We will rent here again the next time we are in Arcata.

This place was a perfect little spot for our Arcata getaway! It’s a great location for an easy little walk into town for food and drinks and shopping, and also super convenient for a big day of Redwoods adventures, just a short drive away from some incredible trails and views. The house was cozy and clean and a great homebase for us for a couple of days. Highly recommend!

This unit was perfect for our college visit with our teenager because we were minutes away from campus—so easy. Our dog was also very happy with the yard and friendly next door doggie neighbor who visited. Very peaceful spot

Great stay for getting into the redwoods, this house perfectly fit our needs, host was communicative but not a bother, there were a couple things that knocked cleanliness for us such as the dished in the cabinet and the bathroom, and leaving our socks a bit dirty but overall pretty good. Would return just likely not for someone looking for anything fancy.

The property location was sketchy. The property was down a side alley and was a little rundown. The bedding was either dirty and stained. The garbage from the previous guests was still in the property. We could not dispose of our garbage because the can outside was full of water.

Place is deceiving. It’s in a usual location with what looks like an abandoned housing nearby. The place was NOT cleaned before arrival. We were approached by one of the property staff night of and he was clearly inebriated. In addition, there was a questionable rundown trailer in the middle of the complex that had unleashed dogs barking at us. This made it feel unsafe with children. Also, It wasn’t till almost 10pm of our first night from the first time when we finally received clean linens. Worst Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. Please stay clear away from this place.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Nice hot shower.Easy access to university. Parking right out front.Quiet neighborhood. There are several cottages on the property. Ask the owner which unit you are in.

We stayed here to visit different places to see the Redwoods. It was a great place to be. Close to the things we wanted to see.

Nice and quiet, wonderful for being so close to the freeway. My contact was very helpful and it had a nice, well secured yard for the birds we were traveling with.

Exceeded our expectations

Property location was private, quiet, and owner was, friendly, responsive and helpful. Clean, functional accommodations. Would gladly stay again.
