THE SPACE
This is the perfect place for a private Oasis for relaxation or family fun. Our home is located about 1 mile to the Coast Guard Beach Entrance, a little over 1 mile to the Village/Pier Market Area and 1.6 miles to the Redfern Shopping Center. You will love this home and make it your family destination for years to come!
The entrance to the home is on the second level.
The main level of the house has a comfortable floor plan and view of the pool area, including a screened in porch off the living room and primary bedroom.
• Primary Bedroom, King Bed, access to screened in porch, TV, adjoining bath with shower, walk in closet with a washer and dryer
• Family room, TV, access to screened in porch, open to large kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless appliances and plenty of storage and counter space
• Study nook is off the kitchen behind closet doors
• Full bathroom with combination tub/shower
• Separate dining room at entry, seats 8
• Study nook at the entry, ideal for those who have to work remotely
Upstairs:
• TV area with sectional sofa, games and desk area located on the landing
• 2 king bedroom suites, adjoining bathrooms with combo tub/shower and walk in closets
• 1 queen bedroom with TV
• Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer
Lower level by the pool:
• Large room with TV, 2 queen beds, coffee bar, adjoining bathroom with shower and access to the pool area. Note this space is accessed via the garage area.
Pool area:
• Outdoor experience includes, covered bar area, sink, covered seating, over looking gunite pool with spill over spa. This is not a hot tub.
There is enough parking for 4 cars. We do offer electric car charging outlet on the left side of the garage.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
