A perfect place for our trip to Knoxville! This is the most precious place, recently renovated and has been in their family for years. Beds and bedding are so comfortable, and it’s just so comfy and cozy! It’s so quick and easy to get to the University! Highly recommend this beautiful home! Best communication and check in! We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, the amenities were great, and the location couldn’t be better, close to downtown and the University of Tennessee campus for game day. It was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We felt so at home in this nice house in the country. It was clean, plenty of space and the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great home!!

Clean, spacious, perfect for our weekend visit. Check in/out was smooth and communication with property owner was excellent. Great location with proximity to UT and downtown. Will definitely stay again.

We were in Knoxville for UTK graduation and Kent’s house was perfect for our family celebration! The house was very clean, well stocked and the yard is incredible! Kent was very receptive and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay in this immaculate and beautifully appointed home. It was a quick 15 min drive to the UTK campus and the perfect peaceful escape after attending VOL win! We truly felt at home; fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, large living and dining room and sprawling yard!

Country Cottage stay

Our stay at Country Cottage was great. House was spotless and had a great history! Beds were super comfy, if we find ourselves in Knoxville again we will definitely be checking to see if this house is available!

College Visit UT

We had a great stay at this property - perfect location if you are visiting UT - about a 15 min ride to campus and downtown Knoxville. We hope to visit again!!!

Home away from home

Close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, golf and shopping. Hosts are very thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Knoxville Football weekend

Great place to stay outside of Knoxville. Traffic after the football game was easy back to the house. Quiet location.

This is a perfect country cottage with loads of space! It was so comfortable and homey, the beds were dreamy too. The owners are so kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
