Perfect

This is a perfect country cottage with loads of space! It was so comfortable and homey, the beds were dreamy too. The owners are so kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Dinner

It was our second time renting the house for Thanksgiving. It’s a quiet location with easy access to Knoxville or the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner.

Knoxville Football weekend

Great place to stay outside of Knoxville. Traffic after the football game was easy back to the house. Quiet location.

Beautiful Country Home but close to it all

This property is an older farm home that has been remodeled very nicely, on a beautiful rolling lot. They had everything possible we could have needed during our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the hosts were kind and very responsive. We will stay again!

Great host and home

Our family was in Knoxville for our oldest son's graduation. The house was perfect for our family during such a special time. The host was very responsive to emails and text messages. When back in Knoxville and needing a bigger place to stay, we will definitely choose this home.

Country Cottage stay

Our stay at Country Cottage was great. House was spotless and had a great history! Beds were super comfy, if we find ourselves in Knoxville again we will definitely be checking to see if this house is available!

Great VRBO rental

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and all the beds were very comfortable. Property managers are very helpful and available if needed. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We enjoyed a great stay at this property. It was spacious and allowed us to cook and host our son and his girlfriend for Thanksgiving. Our host was helpful and communicated regularly. The view out the back was beautiful!

Fabulous House!

This property blew us away. They thought of everything! Their remodeling was spot on. This was way better than staying at a hotel. We'd recommend this house to anyone. It was very clean, quite, comfortable, and beautiful. This is a wonderful house!

Hidden Gem

Only about 20 minutes from UTK! House was clean; kitchen included essentials for prepping meals. Enjoyed the larger dining room table for playing games with the family. Hope to stay here again when we visit our UTK student.

Great place outside of but close to Knoxville

The place was very clean and welcoming. I was originally concerned about the distance to Knoxville but actually it’s closer than I expected. It fit our needs perfectly - we will be back and stay here again.

July 4th Getaway

We really liked our stay in this cottage. BBQ and fire pit were a plus. Rooms were clean and everything was stocked. HUGE yard. Kent was readily available! Conveniently less than five minutes from I-40. Would definitely recommend for traveling families.

Very comfortable home!

Perfect location and really comfortable home! We had a pleasant stay at this home and the owners were great to work with. We visited Knoxville for a couple of days and then we also ran down to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. All of these areas are just a short drive away from the property (10 mins to Knoxville downtown, 30 mins to Pigeon Forge, 45 to Gatlinburg and an hour and half or so to Cade’s Cove). Highly recommend!

Graduation celebration

What a beautiful home! We absolutely loved our time spent there while visiting my brother and his family in Knoxville and getting to see my nephew graduate from high school. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room. Beautiful property with an awesome back porch.

Grandson’s 1st Birthday

This house was perfect for our family gathering. It was extremely clean so I had no worries about letting my grandson play inside. The little extra details like the coffee and snacks really made it feel like home. It is perfectly located next to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. The Owners were great about letting us extend our stay and was always quick to respond to our messages. We will be extremely happy to stay here again when we return to our hometown in the future.
