1500 square foot log home. 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has full size bed. 3rd bedroom has bunk beds additional roll-away bed. Living room has queen hide-a-bed sofa. Very private. Private swimming pool. Fishing pond (catch and release only). Hiking trails. View the farm with horses, goats, chickens, peacocks, llama and pheasants plus wild life. Enjoy the sunrise, pond and swimming pool from the back porch and the sunset and horse pasture from the front porch.
House is located 4 miles from downtown Knoxville and UT's Neyland Stadium. 35 miles from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Easy to locate. Convenient to stores, interstate, nature parks, restaurants and many more conveniences. Peaceful setting with lots of fun stuff to enjoy. Horseback riding available for extra charge. A little bit of paradise. FEES: early arrival/ late checkout - (30min) $50, (1 hr+) $100. Not completing checkout list - $25. Rearranging furniture - $100.

It was wonderful staying at this property. Jane and Cass made us feel so welcomed. My kids enjoyed walking around and petting all the animals. It truly is nature at its best.

We had the best experience on trip. The cabin was clean, comfortable and convenient to town. The hosts were the best. They were so kind and accommodating. They made you feel like family instead of just strangers renting their home. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Cas and Jane are wonderful hosts, and their property is amazing! We had a “staycation” to remember!

This cute ranch house is a wonderful place to relax. Jane greeted us when we arrived and made sure we knew we could count on them for anything. The house was clean, lots of towels including pool towels which was super nice. The kitchen has the basics for cooking and the grill worked great. The pool was very clean, just perfect. Two of us took advantage of trail riding right on the property. Our cowboy tour guide was knowledgable and we had a fun hour ride on their many trails. We also took a long hike in the morning, right on the property. I can't comment on all the beds, but the bunk bed mattresses were surprising very comfortable and soft. Seeing the horses, llama and other farm animals was a plus!

The pool was a little green on the bottom with algae, the propane grill will not light without a lighter. We had to empty the dishwasher of clean dishes to use it. The owner was slow with responding to questions, but was pleasant to deal with. The horses were beautiful and tame and would let you pet them. Plenty of towels and linens to use. Overall a good experience.

Peaceful retreat

Hidden oasis, yet minutes to downtown Knoxville. The pool was awesome and a perfect way to cool off from the summer heat.

Beautiful Place

Overall beautiful place we had a wonderful time. The owner called couple of times offering help with anything and if we needed anything very sweet and nice lady. Would recommend to anyone and with the hot days definitely enjoyed the pool

The cabin is absolutely spectacular! Check-in is incredibly simple and quick. The accommodations are great; washer, dryer, plenty of towels, and an AMAZING pool! The horses came up and let us pet them as they grazed the property, and Miss Jane is so kind and friendly. We couldn't have had a better experience!!!

Peace and Quiet with easy access

The property was great! Absolutely perfect for our football weekend in Knoxville. It's close to everything downtown and yet the size and seclusion of the property let you relax for quiet evenings when you want. We will definitely return the next time we're in Knoxville.

Amazing Location

Awesome time for UTK family weekend. Close to campus and all of the shopping. Also, a peaceful and quiet location to enjoy family time! Jane was wonderful and so welcoming! My kids got to swim, fish and enjoy the farm animals. It was a wonderful weekend!

convenient location

Home was larger than we expected and extremely clean. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's located close to the football stadium, and less than an hours drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We look forward to returning next year.
