The best location downtown Cincinnati has to offer! Enjoy the entire, modern and newly renovated condo all to yourself that includes a full kitchen, luxurious bathroom, as well as a washer & dryer. Find yourself in walking distance to all Cincinnati destinations including the Hard Rock Casino, Aronoff Center, downtown OTR, and much more! Lastly, extended stays are welcome. If you are a traveling nurse or are in town for business, please feel free to contact us about an extended stay!

The whole building was fully renovated in 2017. Feel safe and secure inside the condo which offers a separated bedroom, tall ceilings, plenty of natural light, a large fridge, as well as a wine cooler and complimentary coffee. There is also a lobby on the main floor for gathering. You won’t be disappointed!

Lastly, there is a parking garage across the street that offers cheap rates. There is also street parking around the property, as well as parking at the Hard Rock. Unfortunately, a private parking space is not provided with the property.

Gem in the city

We stayed here to attend an award ceremony at the hard rock casino. It was absolutely walking distance and felt safe. The space is well decorated and very comfortable. It is quiet. There is an elevator and very little step to get into the building. The bed is very comfortable -the metal squeaks a lot if you or your partner toss and turn, The shower is large with good water, pressure and temperature – be sure to put an extra towel at the floor as water goes out the glass. We did not cook, but the kitchen seems to be fully outfitted The popcorn and coffee were nice treats. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place close to Heritage Bank Center

Stayed here to see a concert at Heritage Bank Center. Couldn’t be a closer walk and great food options close by the property.

Great location!

Easy check in! Beautiful condo. Bed was a little soft for our liking and bed squeaks with any movement but overall it was fabulous!

Great place!!

Great little spot close to everything! Easy to get around and parking was close. My only complaint was the couch was less than comfortable. Other than that a great stay and would stay again.

Enjoyed stay in downtown Cincy

Appreciated Will's communication and clear instructions throughout the process. Location was close enough to walk around downtown sites. Especially after discovering the free tram which I highly advise you to try out. It was a good trip.

This was the perfect spot to stay for a baseball series. 6/10 of a mile walk to Great American Ballpark, well furnished and great communication from Will throughout the process.

Perfect Cincy Spot

This was the perfect downtown Cincy spot to enjoy the city, the Reds game, concert and the Casino. So clean and fresh. Beautiful place! Will be back!!

Short Stay

My husband and I stayed one night to see a show at the Hard Rock Casino. It was a very short walk to the casino (even for an older person with arthritis like me). We ended up parking there and then walking to the apartment and back in the morning. The queen bed was very soft, a little too soft for us, but that's personal taste. The apartment was nicely clean with a truly lovely bathroom. There was some street noise on a Friday night so if you are a very light sleeper, that's something to know. A very pleasant stay overall.

So Great, Wish I had stayed longer.

The property was fantastic. Very clean, elegant, comfortable. Located in an area that had restaurants, grocery stores, and interesting architecture. We were going to the Cincinnati Open and it was so easy to get to Hwys. Next time I want to spend more days, so I can better explore this beautiful city.

Location, location, location!

I did not need a car staying at this condo. It’s in the heart of the city and has so much around in walking distance. There is even a Red Bike rental across the street to rent bikes for $12 day to venture further if needed. I loved walking to the Riverfront and seeing the view and attractions. Hard Rock Casino is a hop skip and a jump away! The condo is perfect for 1-2 people. It feels like a hotel because it’s gated and on the second floor of a building. It had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Hello and welcome! My name is Will Ruholt and I'm a Cincinnati area native. I moved to Richmond, KY for four years where I obtained by Bachelors degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Global Supply Chain Management. I currently reside in Northern Kentucky, and have been here since I graduated in 2018. My occupation at the moment is supply chain consulting. I help transform companies through process and system related integrations! Fun stuff, right? Outside of work, I enjoy fitness related activities, attending sporting events, and most of all traveling. My wife is from France and has been to many parts of the world, so we enjoy visiting new places!

I've always had a passion for real estate, which led me to listing my first ST rental in early 2022. I've enjoyed it so far so and plan to list more properties in other parts of the country when I'm able to!
