Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage just minutes from the beach! Fort Morgan is a special area away from the crowded beaches and high rises yet only 25 minutes to the amenities of Foley and Gulf Shores. No Gulf Shores lodging taxes!

The Coral Cottage is an easy .4 mile to the beach, a quick car ride, short walk and there are golf carts available for rent. There are so many nice activities in the area. You can explore the Fort Morgan Historic Site, take the ferry across Mobile Bay to Dauphin Island, or visit the 7000-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Spend the day with the family on Fort Morgan Beach.

The comfortable cottage has all you need for a great vacation. The primary suite has a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bedroom has dual bunk beds with 2 queen and 2 twin beds.

Open living and dining areas, and a very well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. Gas stove, microwave, granite countertops, stainless appliances, washer, dryer, side-by-side fridge.

There is a cozy screened porch, a charcoal grill, a firepit, an outdoor shower, and a wheelchair ramp. The cottage is directly across from the pool and clubhouse.

The cottage by the beach

This house was amazing!! Beautiful home with lots of space for the whole family. The bunk bed room was perfect for all the kids small and large. Great location not even a block from the public beach and the pool was right across the street. This house comes with everthing you need and more for a great beach vacation. The owners were a message away and even sent us complimentary goodies. We will be booking this house again for our next family vacation.

Perfect Place!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The kids loved their kids room complete with bunkbeds, a toybox and kids table! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet! We loved being right across from the pool and gameroom! Wonderful place- can't wait to go back!

We have vacationed with our family in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for many years, and have fallen in love with the vibe of the Fort Morgan community. If you like laid back, no high rises or crowded beaches, this is the spot for you. But you are only 20 minutes away from Gulf Shores and Foley (where the big Tanger outlet mall and OWA waterpark are).

The Coral Cottage is in The Rookery III development, and is next to one of the two neighborhood pools. It sleeps up to 8, and has everything you need for your vacation. Master suite has a king bed with full bath, second bedroom has queen bed, and the kids will love the bunkroom with two double beds and two single beds.

The cottage has a serene screened porch, a wheelchair ramp, a charcoal grill and a firepit.
