Great Communication & Beautiful Property

Great and responsive communication with our host. Beautiful interior and exterior amenities in our stay. I wish the pool was open longer instead of maintenance happening the week we stayed, but it was communicated before booking. Beautiful pool and location too.

Great, but bugs

lace was beautiful and modern, ac worked great, looks exactly like the pictures. The host was super sweet as well, pool is so amazing with the greatest sunset views. It's just unfortunate that this place had all kinds of bugs, 2 cockroaches, ants, and these little circular bugs everywhere, no we never left food out. It's a great place if you don't mind bugs, we particularly don't like bugs where we rest and sleep so made it less enjoyable.

The location is amazing. It is close to beaches and restaurants. The place is renovated and nice looking. When we arrived the kitchen and living room was not cleaned with old food and bugs on the floor. I called and within 30 min the cleaning team was there and it was spotless. accidents happen, they apologized and I was happy with how quick the response to make it right was. Typical of Hawaii places, lots of bugs crawling around even when we kept all food in the fridge and garbages empty. Overall happy with it.

Todd with Vacation-Maui was an absolute professional and took care of all our needs. In fact, he went above and beyond on several occasions. We were vacationing in Maui while the record storms hit the islands and he continued to check on us and mitigate any issues. We visit Maui for at least a month a year and we’ll continue to stay at the Palms do to the location, facilities, and cleanliness.

Great Stay

Excellent location, great unit with helpful amenities such as beach towels, chairs, cooler, and an umbrella. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, and perfect for families.

The condo was clean, newly remodeled with new furniture and new items inside and looked as pictured. The pool was across the street so easy to just pop over and back, as needed, especially since we had an infant and a toddler who still both nap.

I would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept the place nice and cool. There were four of us staying here and there was plenty of space. The pool and grounds were well kept. All of the times we went to the pool area there was plenty of space and typically only another couple or family there. We used the grill a few times and it is located very close to this unit, and they are in great condition. I enjoyed running around the block early mornings. It is a hilly mile and a half around with partial views of the ocean and palm trees. The beach is walking distance, although carrying chairs and umbrella driving was preferred. They provide initial toiletries and that was communicated to us so make sure to bring your own (shampoo and soap). It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. I was not disappointed.

Perfect week

Super easy check in process and quick response from host. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Loved the location of this property, very quiet and felt like home.

Spacious condo in a perfect spot!

Had a great stay at this great condo! Unit was exactly as pictured; very spacious by Maui standards and plenty of room for our family of 5. The community area/pool is great as well. Can't wait to return to this place!!!
