It has an open design with a total of 2,700 sq ft, 4 beds, 2.5 baths, including stunning views through the wall of picture windows. Outside, take advantage of the pool, hot tub, and dock. Venture off-site to explore Sonoran Desert attractions like hiking trails, Botanical Garden, Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park, and sports venues.

Beautiful house but needs improvement

Good afternoon, overall our stay was a bit uncomfortable to say the least. Before we entered the home, the door switch to the entrance wasn't working properly. The pinpad said low battery. As we entered the home, we were appauled by the snacks that were provided to us. They were expired from June 2022. The home smelled a bit musty, almost as if it wasnt detail cleaned. During our stay, we found ourselves cleaning you're home. Almost as if it wasnt cleaned the night before. Brandy the hostess, was unprofessional. She blamed the cleanup crew for expired snacks and other items in the pantry. She never followed up about restocking new snacks. Furthermore our stay couldve been better if we had a better hostess.

Exceptional Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for 2 weeks! The view was amazing & it all the amenities you could want. Thank you to the owner & Brittani for making it even better than anticipated!

Loved the home. It was clean and beautiful! However the master bed was so soft that both my husband and myself were unable to sleep and felt as if we had been beat up in the mornings. I hate to say the negative to this lovely property but fel it should be known.

Lovely Home

Location and access to major routes at this property make it easy to get around Phoenix. House and property are well kept lovely backyard waterway and views. Host was very helpful and home was super clean. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

My husband and I with our adult children stayed here the week of Christmas, the house was spotless and had everything we needed. we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. beautiful view of the lake, and very private. Brandy was easy to get a hold of and took good care of us.

Beautiful desert oasis!

This is a beautiful property and home! Everything was in good working order -appliances/heated pool/lights/hot tub/gas grill/gas fire table top. The neighborhood was very quiet and the view of water and hills were stunning. We celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday over an extended-weekend stay and we had a very relaxing visit. The only thing that we found could be amended was the use of an agent like febreeze (our guess) on furniture and on the bed/bedding - the use of chemicals just wasn’t necessary as the home and furniture are very clean and bedding was laundered and smelled fresh. Unfortunately the febreeze sprayed on items stayed on our hands and the scent was over the top. It just assaults the nose as you try to sleep. I only mention as this is truly a great place (beds were very comfortable otherwise) and I would definitely return to this property but would request no chemical odor eliminating sprays - this place doesn’t need that stuff! I’ll write it off to having a new cleaning crew (per our host, Brandi) which I’m sure they’ll work out. Brandi was very responsive, kind, and helpful -an added bonus as we weren’t able to check-in with her in person due to our flight arrival and slow commute to the house. Overall, fantastic place -thanks Brandi!

AMAZING

Celebrated my boyfriends birthday and he loved the house. The view was amazing as well! Our host, Brandi was awesome! She responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. I would rent this house over and over again if I could!
