Entirely remodeled home with an amazing kitchen and yard! When you arrive, you can safely store your vehicle in the garage and check in easily with a keypad at all entrances. If you're traveling with a dog, enjoy the large fully-fenced in backyard, great for play! The house is located in a highly desirable neighborhood and is perfect for those with an active lifestyle. A short walk/bike ride connects to the Burlington Bike Path and Overlook Park.

The house is located in the highly desirable Orchard Neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. Although conveniently located near the interstate for quick access to other areas, the house is tucked away in a safe neighborhood that is quiet. The home is surrounded by walking trails and a playground for folks traveling with children.

Public transportation available at the entrance to the neighborhood. The bus will shuttle you into downtown Burlington and other surrounding areas. Easy access to the Burlington Bike path which will also get you into Burlington and beyond! Secure your bikes and vehicle in the garage for safe storage.

Home away from home

I spent a few days in S Burlington for work and needed a place that I could bring my two pups. This was a perfect home away from home!

Comfortable single family home, recently renovated

Excellent, recently renovated property. Owner was responsive to a question we had regard how to switch the thermostat from cool to heat. We'd like to see a grab bar added to the bathtub/shower. Kitchen was well-equipped. Enjoyed our first stay and plan to return.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I along with my sister and brother-in-law booked a stay here for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The owner, Kathryn, of this property was kind and helpful with our questions and requests. The house is adorable and has everything you need, and the fenced in yard was a perk, as we usually travel with our two dogs. We were able to make homemade dinners in the beauitful kitchen and sleep well, as the rooms had a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other. The location was really close to church street marketplace, where we enjoyed restaurants, shopping and the tree lighting! Will definitely book this property again if we get the chance!

Great location

The house was very comfortable and close to get around to many things near Burlington. Our host was gracious and responsive. Would definitely rent from them again.

UVM Visit

My husband, mother-in-law and I were visiting our youngest at UVM. This was beautifully re-done and just as advertised! Beds, linens and pillows were great. We will be back

Perfect Location

This beautiful property was perfect for our family while we visited Burlington for a family wedding. The proximity everything in the areas made it easy to attend different gatherings. It was very clean and gave us plenty of space.

A few tweaks and things would've gone from great to superb!

A great location and updated property to stay in Burlington while visiting family. I was staying with older family (in their 70's and 80's), so my only true complaint, which is really moreso a request, is the need for a guide book (we searched everywhere and couldn't find one) on the property to help explain how to use the TV, the AC, local recommendations, the microwave (my mom stared at it for at least 2 minutes...), and the dishwasher. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the owners continue to shape this property. It is a beautiful gem and definitely recommend for a long weekend or more!

Perfect Dogcation House!

We had a pleasant stay at this recently renovated beautiful home, that's located in a sweet little neighborhood. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen/bathrooms, awesome AC, and a large fenced in backyard made for the perfect getaway. Our fur babies had a blast! We definitely hope to return!
