Clean, quiet street, friendly environment, priced right

Have been staying a few nights per week this month for work. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly place and the price is just right. Very close to downtown Lansing as well.

This stay was just perfect. We brought our puppers and everything was exactly as described. Hot tub is a very nice perk!

It was a private setting except for the shared bathroom, which wasn't a problem. We enjoyed the hot tub. The area was quiet. It worked well for us for a one night stay.

Cristal was flexible with the difficulties we all had with vrbo. She greeted us and explained everything. Her pets were freindly. The house was a bit dirty and dusty. Bed was a bit to soft for our prefrence ( no bed frame) .Our first time in a shared space and it was less awkward then expected. The hot tub was nice after a long day.

The pictures are not accurate. It appeared as though we would have a kitchen, living room, etc, but in reality we had a 12 x 12 bedroom with a bed, college refrigerator and microwave. Thankfully, we had the deck off the bedroom and beautiful weather, so we were able to sit outside and use the hot tub. Not mentioned in the description, but we had to share the bathroom with the owner.

A Few Days in Lansing, Not as Expected

My wife and I stayed with our two dogs for a few days over the Thanksgiving holiday with the intention of visiting family and friends in Lansing. The host is really nice, check-in was easy, location was great, and the hot tub was lovely. However, there were a few things that should have been included in the description of this listing. Firstly, we were quickly made aware of two cats and a puppy that live in the shared house. My wife is highly allergic to cats. Luckily the bedding didn’t seem to contain much pet dander, but my wife did have to use her inhaler due to the dander in the carpets and the rest of the house. The puppy was VERY good and hardly made any noise at all. Next, we were informed that we were not allowed to be intoxicated, have alcohol, any drugs (legal marijuana included), vaping, or smoking on the premises. Lastly, while it is listed as a bedroom in a house, the description did not make clear that it would be a shared bathroom. Overall, it’s a decent stay for sleeping purposes, but many important things were excluded from the description. Knowing what I know now, I would never have booked this property.
