We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful balcony views, the convenient location near downtown Gatlinburg, and thoughtful touches like the makeup towels. We're sorry to hear that noise from a neighboring unit impacted your ability to sleep comfortably. While neighboring guests are outside of our direct control, we work hard to address these situations whenever possible. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay with any concerns so we have an opportunity to help. In cases involving excessive noise, we can often contact neighboring property owners or managers to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we didn't hear anything during the stay, so we couldn't try to help. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. Thanks for taking the time to review our property. Mattresses are a challenge, as everyone has their own preference for degree of firmness that they think is ideal. Having said that, did replace some mattresses today (May 4, 2023) with ones reviewed as less Firm.
