Super clean, best location we have stayed in. Walkable to Omni, mini golf and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Host responded immediately to any requests we had. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here!

We loved our stay in this Beach Wood Villa at Amelia. Great location with easy access to the beach and the Shops at Omni Amelia Island. Kitchen, bedrooms, and layout worked great for a family of five. Pools, miles of beach, shops, restaurants, fishing ponds, and trails for teenagers to explore while mom and dad relax on the beach. We'll be back!

Great unit in a great location!

We visit Amelia Island at least once a year, and this was definitely one of our favorite units. It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It is also in a great location. We will stay here again! My only minor recommendation would be to get a Keurig or new coffee maker.

Great Unit

Very pleased - fantastic location directly across from the hotel, walking distance to Marche. Clean, quiet, good parking. Highest praise I can give is that I would rent this unit again next year.

Lovely trip to Amelia island

We had a lovely stay at this property a few weeks ago to celebrate my birthday. The property is a short walk across the street and down the boardwalk past the Omni to the beach and was decorated beautifully. The only complaint that we had was that the unit was in need of a deep cleaning - the floors were pretty dirty when we arrived and we noticed a number of cobwebs on lamps and tables.

One of my favorite condos ever!

Have been visiting Amelia Island Plantation for 16 years and stayed at places all over the resort. This condo was perfect! Very clean, updated, comfortable, and great location! Beach towels were supposed to come with the rental but weren't in the unit, and I called Destination Amelia. Within 30 minutes someone was at the door with 8 towels for us. Will be back!

Beautiful property & location

Wonderful stay. Perfect location directly across from the hotel where I was attending a conference and an easy walk to the beach and the shopping area. Plenty of space to spread out and nice updated look to the villa. Both bedrooms with king size beds were very comfortable. Teens complained of sinking mattresses on the twin beds so those may need to be replaced. My only other suggestion is a simple one-- add a cutting board to the otherwise well outfitted kitchen. Hope we have another opportunity to rent here!

We are happy to hear you had a great stay overall and found our property to be nice, spacious, conveniently located, and the king beds comfortable! The Omni Amelia Island Resort is certainly a special place with its own unique beauty and it was our pleasure to host you as you attended a conference here. We are alerting the owners to your feedback on the twin beds and those will be carefully inspected by our team too. The cutting board suggestion is much appreciated as well - we'll be dropping one off tomorrow! Thanks again for being our guest and we hope you will return again soon!
