"The vacation unit for my husband and I to get away and relax. Loved that it was steps away from the beach and restaurants/shopping. Would stay again." "We really enjoyed our stay at 318 Breakers. The view is awesome! The location is excellent."

Convenient to so much

Unit was clean and had all amenities advertised. An easy walk to the beach and shopping. Great for small groups.

Keep Looking

I have been going to Hilton Head since I was a child and have stayed all over the island. This was my first time staying outside of Sea Pines gate. I wanted to be walkable to Coligny restaurants and shops as well as be beachfront so the Breakers seemed perfect. First know the security there is a joke. There is only someone actually working 2-3 hours a day- many days I never saw anyone. This meant the general public using our parking to access the beach. Evidently people just share the beach gate code with everyone and they never change it. While I was there several local law enforcement officers and their WHOLE families were there to use the pool and beach access and simply packed up their cars and left at the end of the day. Once I was at the beach gate and several locals called the guard and asked to be buzzed in to go

Perfect Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was clean and in the perfect location to everything! My little kids slept comfortably in the bunk beds and they provided us with beach chairs, koozies and popcorn (my kids LOVED that). Everything was very clean and we were able to do laundry and wash dishes no problem with them providing soap for both. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location!

We booked this property specifically to be next to Coligny beach/plaza. It was perfect! Only had to drive to go to a few dinners we had planned. Walk to the beach was short. Apartment was clean, in unit laundry was very useful, and the view from the balcony was awesome any time of day. We will definitely stay here again on our next HHI trip.

Location, location, location.

On one side of the street you have your condo and beach and on the other side there's coligny plaza, which is filled with shops and restaurants. We were very happy with our decision to stay here. I would consider staying here again.

easy beach/pool access. good parking. property overall appears to be maintained - painting, elevator maintenance. pool (water) could use some work. Otherwise will stay again.

The rental was clean and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better. I never had to drive anywhere. Great restaurants and even a grocery store was in walking distance. Lots of shopping too.The only issue we had was that the sink drained slowly in the bathroom and the dryer made a terrible noise. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again!
