We had a fantastic stay! Ute was a wonderful host. The location provided great access to Seattle, Mount Rainier, and Olympia National Park. Highly recommend!!

Ute is a great host. The home is clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for making meals. Over all a great place for a family vacation.

Location was perfect for our second ladies trip to Washington for friendship and pickleball. The house was clean and cozy and had every amenity we needed.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The home is charming, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for two adults and two teenagers. The layout was perfect for our family—the teens loved having their own private space upstairs with a full bathroom and cozy sitting area, while my husband and I enjoyed the peaceful master suite downstairs.Fox Island is a quiet, beautiful retreat just a short drive from Gig Harbor, which is another charming town full of great shops and restaurants. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being greeted by a mama deer and her twin fawns when we arrived. They live on the property, and we looked forward to seeing them every morning and evening as they munched on apples from the apple tree just outside the kitchen area.The location was ideal for exploring the area. We easily took day trips to Seattle, Mount Rainier National Park, Olympic National Park, and several other beautiful coastal towns and islands.Ute was a wonderful host—kind, thoughtful, and communicative throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to so many incredible destinations!

Lovely Place to Stay for a Girls Trip

Charming house with room for us four ladies that traveled to Fox Island to meet our friend. The house was clean, had a well appointed kitchen, was quiet, and we saw a daily bunch of wandering deer. We all hope to return again next year and would definitely stay here.

Peaceful

Loved the wildlife. Property was beautiful. House was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay. Had to come to Tacoma for a sad event but, this Vrbo gave us some peace and quiet to grieve.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood

Check in was a very warm welcome. Everything was explained and shown.We found everything we needed. Pots, pans, plates, etc.We will definitely book again when visiting Seattle area next time.

Quiet and clean get away

As expected it matched the pictures perfectly very clean and open really enjoyed our stay. It isn't super close to stores and other things but we knew this it was very quite and good view of the stars at night being outside the city. Tons of deer grazing in the field all day was a great say for my family!

A peaceful setting

This Fox Island home is warm, cozy and quiet. We enjoyed seeing wildlife regularly and the host was quite friendly and accommodating. Not one detail was overlooked!

Wonderful guest house in quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife (deer) and the most wonderful host you could hope for. Home is clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen for cooking and dining in. The island’s only store and restaurant are about a mile away. Gig Harbor is about a 15 minute drive. Two decks to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while watching the deer. Host lives close by and was a delight.

Peaceful and quiet!

This is a quiet and peaceful location. Everything that you need is in the well equipped kitchen and laundry room. We had several families of deer and Snooky the cat visit us every day! Our hostess Ute is kind, generous and was flexible with our needs. Great location and property.
