Enjoy stunning unobstructed ocean views from this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachfront condominium. The unit features a spacious living area with a large flatscreen television, a full-size sleeper sofa, a dining area, and full kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a plush queen size bed, built-in drawers, and a large flat screen television. The private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers sweeping views of the beach. Well above the hustle and bustle of the strip, you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surf, dine al-fresco, or simply relax with a book.

Parking, cable TV, Wifi, laundry facilities, towels and linens are included.

The unit is located on the third floor of a five-story complex with elevator access. The building was built in 2015. Grocery stores, restaurants, music-venues, mini-golf, and waterslides are all within walking distance. Golf, movie theaters, water sports, fishing, whale watching tours, and anything else you would want are nearby. The condominium is 10 miles from Exeter, 15 miles from downtown Portsmouth, and 55 miles from Logon Airport.

This is the perfect place for a wonderful stay at the beach. Clean, modern, spacious, and spectacular views. The building is secured with elevator access to each floor. The location is close to everything that you need or want. Our family returns every year and is reminded how lucky we are to have discovered this condo.

Beautiful, well equipped condo. It had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The bed is extremely comfortable. This was our second time staying in this condo and it didn’t disappoint.

The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. And what a view, right across from the beach. The weather was perfect all week and we couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation. We are already thinking about returning next year.

What a beautiful condo! Modern and bright ans comfortable. The view of the beach was priceless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place on Hampton Beach. This place is truly a gem.

Relaxing Beachfront Paridise

Our beachfront condo Was everything I hoped it would be and more. The condo was very clean and quiet in the ocean view outstanding. Our October stay was a last-minute decision and it being the off-season allowed us freedom to come and go very easily. I will definitely be back!

Chris's instructions on how to arrive and enter the condo were very specific and easy to understand.The condo was well furnished and extremely clean.Well maintained building. Everything went very smoothly. Outstanding view of the beach.Can't wait to go back.

We had another wonderful vacation at this property. The view is great even in an afternoon rainstorm, with a double rainbow as a reward! All points in southern Maine and the north shore of Massachusetts are an easy drive. We enjoyed the free entertainment at the Seashell and the fireworks, which can be seen from the deck. Thank you Chris for sharing your place. We are already looking forward to next year.

Amazing ocean views

Beach literally on the opposite side of the road. Balcony was spacious and private from other units. Fireworks from the beach are right in front of you, great viewing. Everything you need except food is included and great entertainment on the boardwalk. Owners checked in and offered help with anything we needed. Great stay and awesome vacation spot.

This was the perfect vacation getaway. Chris has thought of everything. Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The view was spectacular! Bed was very comfortable. Had an issue with the parking lot clicker that Chris dealt with quickly. We were so happy with everything that the day we got back home, we booked again for next year.

Great location, gated parking and very clean!

Location of the property was perfect, and the gated parking was very convenient. We were able to leave all the beach gear in the car and grabbed it on our way to the beach each day. The balcony was nice, with a great view of the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids slept on the pullout couch, we brought sleeping bags and fitted full sheet with use for them which work perfect. Would recommend this condo for couples and small families.

Beautiful Unit Didn't want to Leave

The unit was exceptionally clean. I cannot speak highly enough about the unit, the location and the attentiveness of the owner. I didn't want to leave, I wish I could afford to purchase a unit and live there. I'm already booking my week for next year.

Great location

Your property is very nice and comfortable so much so that we are thinking of reserving the place next year. Recommend replacing the frying skillets as the Teflon coating was coming off. We purchased our own rather than using those provided. The property was well supplied with everything else that we needed. The condo was nicely decorated.

Excellent! very clean. Great location and views. Owner kept the kitchen well stocked. The ice maker in the fridge was extremely handy. Could stayed on the outside deck all day.

View was beautiful,place was great. would rent again.

Only 2 things to add a small bistro table with 2 chairs for morning coffee or lunch and a full length mirror that goes behind a door. There is no mirror when dressing in the morning. Thank You Sue and Steve Nichols

"Work from home" week

Great location, the condo was exactly as advertised. Will come here again. Nice place to work on Zoom calls during the day and walk to dinner at night. Also, the kitchen is equipped so we cooked in also.

Well Kept Condo

The Condo was very well kept. Plenty of towels and everything you would need in the kitchen to cook. Excellent views. Good communication from the owner. We would stay again!
