This delightful, cozy, and comfortably furnished upper floor condo sleeps 6, and allows sliding door access to the deck overseeing the large heated pool in this canal-front 4-plex with boat dock. Beach access is just steps across Estero Boulevard at access point #25. Ample off-street parking is provided.

This excellent location puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square and all its shops and restaurants should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your quiet hideaway in this tropical paradise!

This condo is air conditioned and equipped with all the amenities you're accustomed to at home. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, meal preparation necessities, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. Hotel quality, five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

The large shared heated pool with sunning area and chaise lounges is perfect way to relax and wind down a day at the beach. The property is on a canal and offers a boat dock as well.

A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, but a trolley is also offered for convenient access to Times Square with the stop located just a few steps out from the condo to Estero Boulevard.

In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areas—including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples—offer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Outdoor adventures like fishing charters, snorkeling, jet skiing, and parasailing are all nearby, and with Southwest Florida International Airport just a short drive away, your tropical escape couldn't be easier.

Please note that for large or extended families, the remaining accommodations on this property can be reserved as well, sleeping up to a total of 22 people.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs. and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

I booked this trip for all of the features of this location; walking distance to the gulf, the canal access, and pool. The host was incredibly prompt with responses and accommodations. We had a wonderful time!

Great Place

We had such a great stay at FMB. This unit had all the basics we need at an affordable rate, we would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family who are looking for a nice spot to get away without all the frills of the resorts.

It's a GREAT location, the unit was updated, very clean and the pool was also nice, heated and clean. I have given 5 stars, for the previous reasons, and also because the host was EXTREMELY responsive and seems to truly care that you are satisfied. Amenities, however, were lacking - everything on the cheap/low quality side. In spite of that, I would go again!

GREAT LOCATION!

Property is settled in a quiet neighborhood amidst much continuing renovation from the Hurricane in 2022. It's great having a private pool onsite as well. The condo is quite large.

We were really impressed with how smoothly everything went. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, and the management company was always on hand to help if needed. Can't wait to come back!

Staycation

We were so pleased with the condo. It was perfect location to walk to main square. We enjoyed fishing off the pier in back and even saw manatees in canal. The pool was perfect temperature and clean. Best part we were allowed to bring our pup and she saw the beach and ocean for the first time. We cannot wait to come back for another staycation with our entire family pup included.

It was good. The company really bends over backwards for you any thing thats wrong they help right away

Inside the condo was awesome and clean. AC struggled to keep up with 78 degree outside temp. Management staff was awesome when I had a question. Had to throw away a dead rat that was under the stairs and there was a rotting animal on the dock, but that is out of the control of the owners or management staff.

Coconut at Tropical Paradise

We stayed at the Tropical Paradise for a week in May. Location was very good. 2 blocks from the beach. Quieter location , away from town square area, which we liked. Had a nice pool ( needed a good cleaning.) Plenty of room. Nice kitchen and living room/ dining area. Some cracked tiles which needed repair. All in all accommodations were very good.

The location was good, close enough to downtown but had to drive as it was about a mile or so. There was no bedding for the sofasleeper but was remedied with a phone call. The sofabed was awful! Just like the one that was at grandma's house with springs in your back. All of the blankets smelled unclean but by this time it was too late to get clean ones. The ice maker and water in fridge was not working but there was an ice tray to make due. The size of the unit was great for us 3 girls, any more may be cramped a bit. Nice porch and pool area. It must have been since it kept the neighbors up parting half the night.

Hard to lock doors but got hang of it . There s no beach chairs to bring to the ocean . Had trouble logging on to wifi but found right passwords thru email. Also was construction noises next door. With recent damages from ian not many restuarants open . Did see a wild dolphin in the canal . Watched same birds come back to same trees. Enjoyed the nature .
